We provide and maintain a Country Park for the benefit of the inhabitants of Congleton and district. It is used for recreation and other leisure time activites with the objective of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants.

TO ENHANCE THE DEVELOPMENT AND EDUCATION OF CHILDREN UNDER STATUTORY SCHOOL AGE BY ENCOURAGING PARENTS TO UNDERSTAND AND PROVIDE FOR THE NEEDS OF THEIR CHILDREN THROUGH COMMUNITY GROUPS

To advance the education of the pupils of Manchester Japanese School, in particular but not exclusively, to further their knowledge of Japanese language and culture in order to assist the Japanese pupils with re-establishing themselves in their educational institutions and communities upon their return to Japan.

a.) To advance the education of the public and in particular the education of older people no longer in full time gainful employment in Holmes Chapel and its surrounding locality. b.) The provision of facilities for leisure time and recreational activities with the object of improving the conditions of life for the above persons in the interests of their social welfare.

JUMP provides professional photography services for children with life limiting health conditions to enable them to capture special memories with families and friends. We run a programme of face to face social events where the families we support can come together for activities, entertainment ,information and to access our photography and other range of support services.

Provision of Almshouses

Knutsford Together provides a Connection Service to make sure that anyone in need of help within the area covered by Knutsford Medical Practice does find the help which they need. We help those in any sort of need and introduce them to statutory and voluntary organisations. In particular we look at the whole person - we help them to prioritise their problems and if necessary act as their advocate.

Provision of a Community Centre for all residents of Poynton With Worth

The relief of Poverty, particularly of members of Jewish communities, living or working in Greater Manchester or Cheshire, by providing such persons with vouchers exchangeable for food, or basic household goods, which they could not otherwise afford through lack of means.Any other charitable activity under the law of England and Wales as the trustees see fit.

Provide social supports to Chinese Community by various activities and groups. There are five subgroups under the umbrellas of Wirral Chinese Association (WCA). They are Luncheon Club, Chinese School, Women's Group, Cultural Group and Youth Club.

Mode Rehabilitation support people to find purpose, hope and meaning in their lives; committed to making life better for people affected by mental illness. Mode provides motivation, openness, diversity and encouragement. Modes guiding principles: Acceptance, Hope, Compassion, Respect, and self-worth. Mode fund raises, through social events; mental health awareness, training; grants; donations.

Community-led Pre-school offering sessional childcare for the full school day for Children aged 2 to school age within the Holmes Chapel, Cheshire area.Since September 2025 we have also offered wraparound care for Preschool children, together with Reception and Key Stage 1 children at Holmes Chapel Community Preschool. Our Breakfast Club is 8 am to 9 am and Afterschool Club is 3 pm to 6 pm.

Place of worship and outreach for the community through various activities e.g cafe, youth work, kids club, and our premises are also used as a Pre-School and by an art club.

Scout Group affiliated to The Scout Association

We are attempting to remove barriers by obtaining funding to offer an intensive pre-employment / training residential course over a 6 week period.Prior to the start of the programme they will complete initial briefing, training which will include team building and an individual skills analysis.Creating the environment for young people to discover and develop themselves. .

Amateur Theatre to support the local community. We also let our facilities to other local theatrical groups

As Scouts we believe in preparing young people with skills for life. We encourage our young people to do more, learn more and be more. Each Week Holmes Chapel Scout Group give young people of Holmes Chapel and the local area, the opportunity to enjoy fun and adventure while developing the skills they need to succeed.

Transforming Lives Together (TLT) is about enabling churches to make a greater contribution to the spiritual and social transformation of communities. TLT has been set up jointly by the Diocese of Chester and the Church Urban Fund and is a registered company and registered charity. It is part of Church Urban Fund?s Together Network of similar joint ventures around England.
