Activities for young people run under the auspices of The Scout Association and The Guide Association. The Group currently has six active sections: GUIDING - Rainbows, Brownies, GuidesSCOUTING - Beavers, Cubs, Scouts

To advance young people in life, by providing funding, resources and support to charities located in the north west of England for specific purposes which the trustees in their absolute discretion determine, so as to develop their capabilities so that they may grow to full maturity as individuals and members of society.

Providing funding for 11 local schools in the Winsford area.

THE CHARITY MAKES DONATIONS TO MASONIC AND NON MASONIC ORGANISATIONS FOR CHARITABLE PURPOSES.

To advance the Christian religion in East Cheshire for the benefit of the public through the provisions of lessons and workshops in schools and in such other ways as the trustees consider fit.

We hold Bible Studies, prayer meetings, evangelistic outreaches, pastoral visits to homes/families, the sick, bereaved, serve communion (breaking of bread and wine), counselling sessions, Sunday worship services, christening, marriage engagement services, youth fellowship meetings in our town for all age groups. We work with different nationalities and Christian groups to bring unity together

Fund-raising for school.

Advancing the education of pupils in Stapeley Broad Lane CE Primary School in particular by:- Developing effective relationships between the staff, parents and others associated with the school- Engaging in activities or providing facilities or equipment which support the school and advance the education of pupils

To encourage men to discover the joy of singing and to develop the skills and ability to sing in a choir. To encourage and assist in the raising of funds for local charitable organisations in support of their local community activities.

Provide for Sports,Recreation, Landscape and Nature conservation for the community

The object of the association is to advance the education of pupils in the school in particular by:1. Developing effective relationships between the staff, parents and others associated with the school2. Engaging in activities or providing facilities, which support the school and advance the education of pupils3. Support the schools in the promotion of their Vision and Values.

Audley Brass Band performs on a regularly basis at either our own concerts or as a contributor to other concerts staged by charities, schools, village associations, churches, etc. We rehearse twice a week to improve the quality of the Band. We have a training band which practices once a week and when members of this band are ready to move to the main band, Audley Brass, this is encouraged.

Offering a professional & confidential counselling service in Stockport and the surrounding area, plus 'Drop-In' Listening services in Stockport and Romiley. We also run training courses for Counsellors and Listeners.

Fund raising by means of fayre's and various other events

Education and recreation for older people

Rehearsal and performance of classical music concerts.

Local village Hall facilities that serve Tilston and the surrounding area.

Village hall is a central hub providing a meeting place for sports and social activities to benefit the health and well being of the local and wider community. We offer space for small businesses to meet. The hall is available to hire for gatherings including anniversaries/ celebrations/ weddings. From time to time charitable donations are given to other organisations.

Advancement of the education of all pupils in the school and general well being.

Runs a traditional British brass band.

Management of the Endowment Fund to provide grants to individual students and to the College for equipment.

Activities of a varying nature, Seamanship, Engineering, Band, Swimming, Sailing, Canoeing, Pulling, Meterology, Navigation, Various Sports, Drill and Ceremonial, Catering & Stewarding, Communications and activities all with a Naval theme or background.

General fundraising activities with donations made to the Bursary Fund, Sports equipment, Duke of Edinburghs Award equipment, Musical instruments.

Upkeep of Alsager District Girl Guide Hall

We support the community of Bollington by providing a community centre which can be hired for a small fee which covers running costs. The centre has a full sized catering kitchen, room for 50 people downstairs and 2 smaller rooms upstairs for hire. Full disabled access is available as is free WiFi. It hosts many clubs and other activities available to all.
