We offer an opportunity for young people from the Cheshire, Merseyside and North Wales area to perform in regular theatre performances and concerts, led by professionals and in a professional venue

Social activities

The promotion of community participation in healthy recreation for the benefit of the inhabitants of Mossley and surrounding areas, by the provision of coaching for playing of football. The Club provide coaching to allow over 150 young people from the loacl community to enjoy football in a well supervised and trained environment every week.

To maintain a Grade II listed building for the people of Sandbach. The trustees purpose is to provide an avenue for social, educational & cultural activities for the population of the Market Town of Sandbach.

OPERATION OF VILLAGE HALL FOR USE OF ORGANISATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS IN THE AREA OF HASLINGTON, CHESHIRE EAST

The Friends make grants available to the potteries museums and art gallery and Gladstone Industrial Museum to enable them to acquire objects and carry out activities which they would otherwise not be able to do. The friends therefore only indirectly help the classifications shown above.

Relieving, generally or individually, persons resident in the ancient parish of Wilmslow who are in conditions of need, hardship or distress, by making grants of money or paying for items, services or facilities calculated to reduce those needs.

General charitable purposes and religious activities

Raising money to provide the children of Childer Thornton Primary School with additional resources which fall outside of the school budget. These resources may be educational or recreational, they may also be to enhance the learning environment within the school. The Association also raises money for charities connected to the children and the school community

We coordinate a Santa street collection. We provide a sleigh, a towing vehicle, sweets, a Santa and a chief elf to local good causes. The local good causes provide the collectors. Each night we collect across a different area of Congleton, with a different local good cause providing the collectors. The good cause group receives the bulk of the nights collection.

FUNDRAISING TO GENERATE EXTRA INCOME TO IMPROVE THE EDUCATION AND WELFARE OF PUPILS AT WINWICK CE PRIMARY SCHOOL
