The charity seeks to improve the lives of those who suffer with any and all aspects of chronic kidney disease and who are treated by or at the University Hospital of North Midlands Trust at locations in Stoke on Trent, County Hospital, Stafford and Leighton Hospital, Crewe.

Raising funds to enable enrichment to the school curriculum. This consists of various fundraising events throughout the year, including Summer and Christmas fairs, cabaret evenings, wine tastings, fashion shows.

Provide a meeting place for members of bodies doing good work and to provide facilities for education and physical and mental recreation for the benefit of the comunity who live in Higher Poynton.

Collation of Fauna records from Lancashire and Cheshire and dissemination of information via Annual Bird Reports, Web Site, occasional General Reports and occasional Books (i.e. The Atlas of Breeding Birds of Lancashire and North Merseyside (2002), Birds of Lancashire and North Merseyside (2008))

Fundraising activities and events to enhance the school experience for our children.

The charity raises funds within the following activities, in order to provide improved facilities, resources and activities for the school children.Film NightsChristmas FairSummer FeteSeasonal activities (mothers day etc)Family entertainment events (eg. magic show/ animal shows)

Fund raising at school activities have included :-Cake and sweets sale, Christmas fair, Summer end of term party, bingo nights and discos. We also have a Lottery Club.

Purchases items for the whole school benefit from the school development plan.

SUPPORT FOR YOUNG PEOPLE IN THE TOWN OF CONGLETON

(1) To promote and advance education in the fields of music, dance, speech and drama. (2) To promote and organise/assist in organising festivals at which music, dance speech & drama performances are given a platform and the benefit of suitably qualified professional adjudication and advice. (3) To provide a stage for artists who have taken part in the festivals.

THE CHOIR PROVIDES A FRIENDLY OPPORTUNITY FOR MEN IN SOUTH CHESHIRE TO SING SOME 10 CONCERTS PER YEAR. OFTEN, WE SING FOR CHARITABLE CAUSES. WIVES AND PARTNERS TAKE A FULL PART IN CHOIR EVENTS AND SOCIAL ACTIVITIES. WE ARE FORGING NEW CONTRACTS WITH OUR NEW AUTHORITY, CHESHIRE EAST. LINKS WITH TWIN TOWNS IN GERMANY AND POLAND CONTINUE.

BDL provides opportunities for participation in the performance of drama to the community of the High Peak area. Participants can acquire new skills and develop their potential as performers, or in technical and 'back room' skills. BDL enhances the cultural life of the community, and brings the arts to as wide an audience as possible, enriching the experience of all involved.

the object of the association is to advance the education of pupils in the school in particular by, developing effective relationships between the staff parents and others associated with the school and engaging in activites or providing facilities or equipment which support the school and advance the education of the pupils.

To increase the mental health and well-being of residents who for whatever reason have limited mobility by offering free rides on a rickshaw and going to car free spaces such as Astbury Mere, Congleton Park and Biddulph Valley Way

Established in 2002, the North Wales Owl Sanctuary (owlrescue) operates a comprehensive facility for the care & rehabilitation of both wild and captive bred owls from the region, along with the promotion of owl conservation throughout the region.

The charity arranges events within the school community. For example, pupils disco, and annual family BBQ.

Provide Supportand Assistance to Dorin Park Special School

To provide relief to elderly/disabled/groups of people who are in the Chester area and need financial assistance to serve others and to relieve poverty.

To advance, improve, develop and maintain public education in and appreciation of the art and science of brass, percussion and wind music in all aspects by the provision of training, practical advice & support including the loan of musical instruments, the presentation of public concerts.

Provides advocacy/advice/information/activities to those with ME in and around the Stockport District of Greater Manchester, UK

We are a charity run by parents and teachers on a voluntary basis to raise money for the benefit of pupils. We have spent money on reading books, topic workshops, music lessons, outdoor area and IT equipment. We also make a contribution to reduce the cost of whole school trips. We hold events including school discos, fetes, DVD nights, cake sales, Mothers Day sale.

Our Scout Group undertakes many activities associated with the Scout Movement and is open to all.

North Staffs Basics is a voluntary organisation which provides skilled medical care or help at the site of an accident or other medical emergency, or in transit to hospital, in and around North Staffordshire area.

The Moorlands Community Minibus transport the elderly, disabled and anyone who needs transport around the Staffordshire moorlands. Visits to the doctors for appointments & prescriptions, days out shopping, luncheon club etc.

The Trust organises educational visits and lectures, undertakes research into existing and lost gardens and parks, comments upon planning issues affecting designed landscapes, produces a quarterly newsletter. It is undertaking a project bringing the information on the Caldwell Nurseries of Knutsford to the public.
