The Rainow Village Bus runs a Community Bus on behalf of the residents of Rainow and other neighbouring communiities. The facility is run by a group of around 10 volunteers. It is available for hire by all the charitable, voluntary, community and social groups in the local area.

Each week, the 3rd & 9th Runcorn Scout Group give young people of Higher Runcorn the opportunity to enjoy fun and adventure while developing the skills they need to succeed.
