The WI plays a unique role in providing women with educational opportunities and the chance to build new skills, to take part in a wide variety of activities and to campaign on issues that matter to them and their communities.The WI is a democratic, non-sectarian and non-party political organisation.

PRINCIPAL ACTIVITYThe aim and objectives of the Mosque and Islamic centre are: To advance the Islamic faith of the inhabitants of Chester and its surrounding areas and in particular, although not exclusively, of the Bangladeshi Muslim inhabitants through prayer, worship, religious teaching and services and the establishment of a mosque and Islamic Centre.

The use of Castle Park Building for Council Offices, the advancement of education, a museum, art gallery or public library. Also the provision of a historic public park for the benefit of the inhabitants of the area.

We meet together at Bethel Church, Northwich to worship God, to encourage each other as we share life together and to serve our community to demonstrate our love for Jesus in action.

Relief of the suffering of stray and abandoned cats and kittens which are in need of care and attention.Provision and maintenance of rescue homes and other facilities for the reception and care of unwanted cats and kittens.Provision of veterinary treatment including spaying and neutering of all adult cats.Re-homing of cats and kittens where possible.

Chester Sexual Abuse Support Service transforms the lives of survivors of sexual violence and abuse, through free specialist counselling, telephone supportline, LiveChat and groupwork. In partnership with others, we reach survivors within under-represented communities, developing new ways of working. Our outreach work challenges the attitudes and behaviour that lead to sexual violence.

To advance charitable purposes (as pertains to the laws of England and Wales) in particular but not limited to the prevention and relief of poverty alongside community development, within the wider region of Stockport, Cheshire & Greater Manchester by means of grants and awards, to charities and other such organisations that provide public benefit.

Provide Pre-School care for 2 to 4 year olds

The objects of the trust are the provision and maintenance of Gospel Halls for Christian worship, reading of the scriptures and preaching of the word of God.

Our objectives are delivered by matching relevant skills and expertise offered pro bono from the business community to resource needs in the voluntary sector.We do this in three ways: Short-term projects, or Quick Fixes; longer-term projects involving a range of professional skills; and, sourcing Trustees, Mentors, or Critical Friends to deliver longer-term ongoing support.

Charity is a Church which provides weekly public worship and Sunday club for children;thriving Mums and Toddlers group; two children's groups for different ages and a youthgroup; house groups for young people, women and everyone else; a group for retired people; an art group. Any member of the public is welcome at any of these activities. It helps in local schools and a holiday club.

Running a Community Centre for the benefit of the inhabitants of Frodsham and the surrounding area, providing facilities and organising local events.

OLDFIELD PRE-SCHOOL AIMS TO PROVIDE A SAFE, STIMULATING, HEALTHY, HAPPY AND CARING ENVIRONMENT, IN WHICH A CHILD CAN PLAY, WHILE DEVELOPING SOCIALLY, EMOTIONALLY, PHYSICALLY AND MENTALLY. IT PROVIDES PLAY-BASED, PRE-SCHOOL CHILDCARE SESSIONS FOLLOWING THE GUIDELINES FOR STANDARDS AND FRAMEWORK SET OUT BY THE EDUCATION DEPT AND OFSTED (EYFS).

The objectives of the charity are to help people suffering from rheumatic diseases and to provide funds for research into the prevention, cure and relief of such diseases. This is achieved by funding research and development at the Haywood Hospital and by supporting the education of patients and health professionals with expertise in the rheumatic diseases.

Supporting Scout Groups and Explorer Scout Units in the Chester District in the delivery of the youth programme of the Scout Association (incorporated by Royal Charter)

The Trust provides and maintains gospel halls for the religious activities of Christians often referred to as'Brethren'. Details of the origins, teachings and way of life of the Brethren can be found on their website -www.plymouthbrethrenchristianchurch.org.Meetings held at these gospel halls include the Lord's Supper (Communion), Gospel preachings, Biblereadings and Bible addresses.

Activity clubs and short breaks for children, young people, adults and their families with special needs.

To restore repair maintain and conserve for the benefit of the public the hall wing and stable block of the property known as Doddington Hall near Nantwich Cheshire and such other buildings associated with Doddington Hall as may be considered to be of outstanding architectural or historic interest.

The funds continuing objectives are for charitable purposes within the areas affected by the activities of Manchester Airport. Income is generated from the annual donation from Manchester Airport, and from noise fines levied to airlines on departure by Manchester Airport and passed over to the Trust Fund. These funds are then dispersed to local interest groups as decided by the Trustees.

Upton JFC is a grass roots FA Community Club with charity status. We provide an inclusive environment for girls and boys from 5 to 18 years. We also have a thriving Footie 4 Females, Open Age and Vet's team so a real community club for all players wanting to participate.
