WE HOLD 4 MAIN CONCERTS A YEAR, PARTICULARLY PROMOTING YOUNG SOLOISTS FROM THE AREA. OPPORTUNITIES EXIST FOR PEOPLE TO PLAY IN OR LISTEN TO VARIED PROGRAMMES OF CLASSICAL MUSIC.

General charitable purposes, children/education

We provide academy style football coaching for vulnerable children in Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire and Cheshire. Vulnerable includes children from low-income households, children who have experienced abuse or neglect or are in care or who are young carers, and children who who have special educational needs

To attend generally to the welfare of all boxer dogs in the North of England in need of care and attention or re-homing. To promote kindness to animals, encouraging and educating on repsonsible pet ownership

Operating within Chorlton (Manchester) to promote humane behaviour towards cats by providing appropriate care, protection, treatment and security for cats which are in need of care and attention by reason of sickness, maltreatment, poor circumstances or ill usage and rehoming such cats and to educate the public in matters pertaining to responsible cat ownership and the prevention.

Members meet weekly to rehearse a variety of Choral Music for our 4 local Concerts per annum to provide good musical experiences at reasonable prices.Annual Singing Days and Come and Sing events are held to enable Members to meet other Singers and practice together under the leadership of a qualified Conductor.We encourage musical activities for the welfare of local people of all ages.

Providing support to teachers, coaches, rowers and parents at events: shelter; healthy food; encouragement. Providing improved equipment to enable rowers to develop skills and compete to the best of their ability.Providing help and guidance to rowing parents, especially new parents of rowers.

Social opportunities for D/deaf people

To advance the education of pupils at Stockport Grammar School by providing and assisting in the provision of facilities for education at the School. This is achieved by organising activities and social events to raise funds which are used to make grants to provide equipment and bursaries.

Provides transport to hospitals, and GP's, visiting, shopping etc. We also offer a coffee morning facility, weekday mornings, where people can gather.

German church of Liverpool: Provides twice monthly services in German. Cultural activities consist of; films, talks, advent bazaar, summer fete, lantern festival - all in German. Activities: Various luncheons during the year, excursions and walks.

TO PROMOTE THE DEVELOPMENT OF YOUNG PEOPLE IN ACHIEVING THEIR FULL PHYSICAL, INTELLECTUAL, SOCIAL AND SPITITUAL POTENTIALS AS INDIVIDUALS, AS RESPONSIBLE CITIZENS AND AS MEMBERS OF THEIR LOCAL, NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITIES.The 4th Frodsham (Overton) Scout Group comprises sections for Beavers (Age 6 - 8), Cubs (Age 8 to 10), Scouts (Age 10 to 14 1/2).

Education/Training Children/Youngpeople

Volunteers operate "hubs" in Wirral. They receive school uniforms no longer needed by families; those in good condition are distributed on request to families needing them. Requests can be made online and/or in person. Clothes in poor condition are sent for recycling. No payments are made. A co-ordinator moves stock from where it is in surplus to where it is needed.

We hold fund raising events within the school community to help the school purchase equipment and have special and extra curricular activities for the pupils outside the constraints of the school budget.
