To maintain and improve the village hall for the use of all people living in the village and surrounding area and also raising funds to do this. Once again the Hall has become a learning centre for a nursery school embracing our farming and country community.

We engage in multiple fundraising activities which enable us to provide facilities or equipment which supports the pupils of Little Leigh Primary School, Cheshire and advances their education. Examples of our fundraisers are Christmas and Summer Fairs; school disco's; bake sales; buy and sell platform of pre-loved items such a clothes and uniform; film nights; raffles; bingo nights.

Provides recreation activities to young people in accordance with the policy organisation and rules of the Scout Association.

To further the education of the public in the archaeology of the Poulton Research Project and to promote and foster public understanding, knowledge and appreciation of archaeology generally.

One of 2 Rotary Clubs in Northwich that provide an opportunity for community service for both men & women. Our fund raising activities include:The Northwich Beer Festival & Christmas collections. CKCR rehome cats and kittens in the Chester area. Any cats or kittens that are in need of a new home will be neutered, vet checked, have flea and worm treatment. All new homes will have a safety checkWe try and control localised feral populations by trapping and neutering feral cats whilst working with the local community.We provide advice, education to the community on cat behaviour and care.

Delamere Community Centre serves Delamere & Oakmere residents well and is used morning, afternoon & evenings by the community. This includes Crown Green Bowling, Bridge, Badminton, Indoor Bowls, Golden Club, Whist, Snooker, Billiards, Military Whist, Women's Institute, Keep Fit, Slimming World and other meetings and social occasions. Over 400 people use the centre of which 180+ are DCA Members.

To establish and manage a Community Centre incorporating a Community Library run by volunteers at the former Grappenhall Library Victoria Avenue Grappenhall Warrington WA4 2PE

The Trustees continue, as their primary function to make donations to non-conformist clergy for holidays that they would otherwise be unable to afford.

We provide grants to other charities and voluntary organisations who share our vision to preserve and protect physical and mental health for the benefit of the inhabitants of Chester and the surrounding areas. We aim to address health inequalities and improve wellbeing.

The promotion of community participation in healthy recreation in particular for the provision of facilities for the playing of wheelchair sports and the relief of disability through sport by improving the conditions of life of people with a mental or physical disability.

We raise funds to support the running costs of the Delamere Cancer Support & Information Centre, Halton Hospital. This provides services to cancer patients, their families & friends in the Halton and Warrington areas, including complementary therapies, refreshments, counselling, wig fitting, a cancer rehab course and a course on wig/scalp care & make-up.

We search for high risk vulnerable missing people

The charity provides opportunities for healthy outdoor sport and recreations for the residents of Ashton Hayes and nearby communities. Our prime focus has been the establishment of a 5 acre recreation ground in the village. The project to deliver this facility has taken nearly five years, and was finished in May 2011. The facility comprises a play area, football pitch, pavilion and open space.

We provide a range of informal learning activities for retired and semi retired people. Learning is developed through member participation and discussion with a coordinator leading each activity group .We use a variety of locations with Winsford for our activities and we do not have our own premises

Regular social activities: Monthly coffee mornings for survivors, families around Cheshire; workshops and courses, some related brain injury and some on discovering new interests and skills; outings including bowling, falconry display, boat trips. Volunteering opportunities for members. We raise awareness about brain injury locally. Website and social media outlets providing information.

We promote and encourage the improvement, protection and preservation of the countryside within the County of Cheshire.

The Trustees receive suggestions each year from the diocesan authorities of Liverpool and Chester of clergy who are in need of a holiday and are not able to afford a suitable one.
