Operation of the Village Hall as an amenity for the community

By following the 'policy rules and organisation' of the Scout Association. Provide age related training courses, activities and awards with the aim of the physical, mental and spiritual development on young persons to enable them to take their rightful place in society.

The charity helps to develop effective relationships betwen the staff, parents and others associated with Upton Heath C of E Primary school. They engage in activities especially fundraising to help provide the school with equipment or facilities to support the education of the pupils.

Audley Brass Band performs on a regularly basis at either our own concerts or as a contributor to other concerts staged by charities, schools, village associations, churches, etc. We rehearse twice a week to improve the quality of the Band. We have a training band which practices once a week and when members of this band are ready to move to the main band, Audley Brass, this is encouraged.

To advance young people in life, by providing funding, resources and support to charities located in the north west of England for specific purposes which the trustees in their absolute discretion determine, so as to develop their capabilities so that they may grow to full maturity as individuals and members of society.

THE CHARITY MAKES DONATIONS TO MASONIC AND NON MASONIC ORGANISATIONS FOR CHARITABLE PURPOSES.

Providing funding for 11 local schools in the Winsford area.

The operation and management of Helsby Community Centre for the benefit of the residents of Helsby and the surrounding area, primarily by organising lettings to local community and voluntary groups, those organising leisure activities and other users who provide services to the community.

Promotion of education of persons under the age of 25 years who are resident in the area of benefit. Area of benefit is the "Ancient Parish of Tarvin" plus the village of Huxley (as part of the ecclesiastical Parish of St Peter, Hargrave), Cheshire.Support and maintenance of the Parish Church of St Peter, Hargrave and associated buildings/land provided for community use.

We provide a of full range of scouting activities with the aim of promoting the development of young people and helping them to achieve their full potential. This is carried out through the provision of exciting and adventurous activities with progressive training based on the Scout Promise and Law, guided by adult leadership and the Scout Association Policy,Organisation and Rules (POR).

The Object of the Association is to relieve patients and former patients of the Whitchurch Hospital and other invalids in the Community who are sick, convalescent, disabled, handicapped, infirm or in need of financial assistance and, generally, to support the charitable work of the said Hospital.

We aim to preserve, protect and improve the British Spotted Pony.We keep studbooks, foster interest in the breed. We encourage and promote the production of the British Spotted Pony for riding, driving and showing. We produce newsletters and have a website. We hold an annual show and we help & advise members on all aspects of keeping and breeding spotted ponies.

Provide horse riding activities for disabled people from the age of 5 upwards in association with Riding for the Disabled Association. Activities take place in Allostock, Cheshire. Riders may be independent, from residential homes and (but not limited to) school groups

Cursillo is a movement for Christian renewal. It is a Catholic movement to form leaders who grow through prayer, study & action to evangelise others for Christ.

The charity brings people from all walks of life together, to sing, play and perform. It is an ideal setting for so many reasons, it helps people with Dementia Alzheimer?s speech impediments and much more. It brings the young and the elderly together through their mutual love of music, social inclusion for people from the more vulnerable backgrounds now feel valued and have a purpose.

To engage in original research in the designated fields of the William Temple Foundation; to provide facilities, resources, training, etc to students, practioners and others working in the same fields; to maintain links with institutions and groups working in related areas, nationally and internationally and to provide opportunities for the dissemination of learning through seminars &publications.

The Choir shall study and practice choral music in order to foster public knowledge and appreciation of such music by means of public performance, or by giving or taking part in such musical events as the Committee recommends to the Choir, or competing at Music Festivals at the discretion of the Musical Director. To help such charitable institutions or purposes as the Committee shall determine.

The Heath is a youth provision for young people aged 11-19 years and up to 25 for those with disabilities. The Heath aims to improve the lives of local young people through giving them a regular place to go when out of school. We want young people to thrive and reach their full potential. The Heath is based in the United Reformed Church, Upton-by-Chester.

The objective of the PTA is to advance the education of the pupils of Goostrey Community Primary School by providing equipment and amenities so as to complement the curriculum, or fulfil the needs of the children. It can also make direct representation to any relevant authority on behalf of the parents and children.
