GRANT AID TO PEOPLE UNDER THE AGE OF 25 WHO, OR WHOSE PARENTS ARE RESIDENT IN OR WORK IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT (CERTAIN PARISHES IN THE CITY OF LONDON) OR WHO ARE ATTENDING SCHOOL IN THE CITY OF LONDON , FOR EDUCATION OR THE PROVISION OF BOOKS, TOOLS, EQUIPMENT ETC TO ENABLE THEM TO EARN THEIR OWN LIVING.

Raise money for medical educational charity in India (EMFI)

Donations to Charitable causes connected with the City of London or other national or personal interests of the Trustees.

A charity set up in Georgian times to provide financial assistance to poor elderly people in England & Wales. Small annual grants are made.

We give grants directly or indirectly to promote the education and training of those under the age of 25 who live or work (or at least one of whose parents works) in the ancient parishes of St Olave and St George, Southwark and St Mary Magdalen, Bermondsey.

The charity's main activity is the making of grants to young people for educational purposes through bursaries to selected educational institutions with a close connection to the City of London. It also supports the Sunday School at St Andrew by the Wardrobe, EC4.

The charity organises cultural events to highlight the relationship between the United Kingdom and Egypt eg lectures and visits to places of interest such as the Ashmolean Museum in Oxford's new Egyptian Galleries and a private view the Book of the Dead Exhibition in the British Museum (BM). We provide annual sponsorship of £5,000 to the BM to enable museum curators from Egypt to study in London.

The charity gives donations to individuals and groups in need of both short and long term help. Most of the charity's donations are to those of the Jewish faith. On occasions the recipients are those needing sponsoring for a charity event for various national/international charities.

The principal activity of the charity is the dissemination of information about best practice in the advancement of charitable education institutions.
