To give small grants to a broad range of Quaker & other UK registered charities or Non-Governmental organisations.

Computers for Charities provides IT / Educational support to UK and Overseas Charities and Voluntary organisations. Primarily as developers of educational and vocational initiatives to aid registered organisatons. Supply of refurbished equipment and resources. Plus involvement of humanitarian aid where required.

Advancing the education of women engaged in theological studies or work within the Anglican Communion. Carrying out such other legally charitable purposes for the advancement of the ministry of women within the Anglican Communion as the Trustees shall from time to time decide.

During the financial year 2011-2012, the UCJC has supported both deprived and disadvantaged members of the church and non-members locally and across the UK by providing a range of social activities, care, and general support including home visiting and befriending, emotional support, advice and information sharing, guidance, advocacy. .

Arcaid is established for the relief of persons anywhere in the world outside the United Kingdom who are suffering any form of hardship or privation as a result of drought, flood, or other natural disaster, or war, oppression or other human activity, or who by reason of their social or economic conditions are in need of such assistance.

Life For African Mothers has been inactive for 3 months and is in the process of closing down, our remaining funds have been donated to a charity with similar aims to ours, all our trustees are in agreement that we need to close.We are closing due to lack of long term funding, difficulties in managing a service in Africa at arms length, and trustees no longer having the time to continue.

Promotion of the Christian religion through evangelism and education

TO PROMOTE SOCIAL INCLUSION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT AMONGST CHILDREN AND YOUNG ADULTS WHO ARE SOCIALLY EXCLUDED THROUGH THE MEDIA OF MUSIC, DRAMA, DANCE AND ART WITH THE AIM OF ASSISTING THEM TO INTEGRATE INTO SOCIETY, AND PROVIDING SUPPORT AND ACTIVITIES WHICH DEVELOP THEIR SKILLS, CAPACITIES AND CAPABILITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS MATURE AND RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS.

The British Council Benevolent Fund's charitable purpose is the alleviation of financial hardship for British Council employees, both past and present, and their families, globally. The overriding criterion for assistance being immediate need and financial difficulty for example as a result of illness, bereavement, natural disaster such as earthquakes/floods or in areas of conflict.

The organisation advances the protection of the natural environment by supporting frontline conservation rangers to undertake protection of wildlife in their natural habitat. Without these rangers there is no wildlife protection or conservation of any species in these areas. The Thin Green Line Foundation UK (TGLF UK) will support Rangers in areas of high conservation value.

THE CONGO TREE RUNS A LIFE AND LEADERSHIP SKILLS DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME WHICH USES PEER-LEARNING TO DEVELOP SKILLS IN CREATIVE PROBLEM-SOLVING, STRATEGIC FUTURE PLANNING AND SELF-DIRECTED LEARNING.THE PROGRAMME BEGINS WITH AN INTENSIVE TRAINING RETREAT, ONE FOR LEADER MENTORS AND A SEPARATE ONE FOR YOUNG LEADERS WHO ARE THEN PAIRED UP IN A MENTORING RELATIONSHIP FOR A MINIMUM PERIOD OF 12 MONTHS.

To further such charitable purposes for the benefit of women and family in particular but not exclusively by; 1) Empowering single mother and women on: domestic violence, abuse relationships, problems or worries regarding children, housing, welfare and financial management. 2) Relieving the hardship, stress and depression suffered by most disadvantaged women.

- Assisting children from poor families to access education through fees and materials. Supporting unemployed and unskilled individuals into employment. Providing grants for community development, healthcare and refugee support. International health aid including nursing and mental health support in areas affected by war or disaster. Expanding into supported living and mental health care in UK.

1. Organise and send teams to work with local churches overseas to provide medical clinics, practical help and a Christian message. 2. Establish and maintain home churches in co-operation with a wider network.

On receipt and consideration of suitable applications, it will make grants to charitableorganisations operating in Africa, such as Butoke (www.butoke.org) , a NGO operating in theDemocratic Republic of the Congo ("DRC").

The Li Tim Oi Foundation provides grants for Anglican women in the two-thirds world to train for Christian work in their own countries.

Provision on a worldwide basis of humanitarian relief and aid in the form of equipment and materials that provide shelter, warmth and comfort to people displaced by natural or other disaster.
