The objects of the Foundation are to alleviate poverty, to advance education, to relieve sickness and to promote health and to preserve and protect the natural environment at home and abroad. As a grant making charity, the Constitution also provides for general charitable purposes for Public Benefit.

THE CHARITY WILL UNDERTAKE ACTIVITIES FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT OF PEOPLE IN THE UK AND IN VERY DEPRIVED COUNTRIES WORLDWIDE; THOSE IN EXTREMELY HIGH POVERTY AND AS SUCH WILL ASSIST GLOBAL COMMUNITIES IN SUCH CHARITABLE WAYS AS THE TRUSTEES SEE FIT

Bethel Evangelical Church is funded by the regular giving of the church members. We have a selected group of charities that we support: (Above Us Only Sky? Barnabas Fund. Open Doors. Village Hope. One Challenge. Tear Fund). Other monies are to cover the buildings maintenance and evangelical events.

The Afobe Foundation primarily operates to support disadvantaged and vulnerable young people including orphans and disabled children in DR Congo and the UK.

We aim to provide a platform to raise awareness about daily barriers, and empower those we support through information, education, wellbeing and training to take advantage of opportunities in employment, education, health, social care, housing, leisure and other services to achieve their maximum potential.

EOH/STS training largely will cater to young (dis)able of disadvantaged families within Tower Hamlets & Southwark as well as adults with visual impairments with or without computer knowledge. Basic computer literacy training include desktop computer operations with access technology, while job skills training and computer refurbishment. Recreational activities include arts, sport & outing /visits.

TO PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF CONGOLESE PEOPLE LIVING IN THE UK AND ABROAD, BY ASSOCIATING TOGETHER THE SAID PEOPLE AND THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES AND OTHER ORGANISATION IN A COMMON EFFORT TO RELIEVE PAUVERTY AND SICKNESS, TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND TO PROVIDE FACILITIES TO RECREATION, WITH OBJECTIVES OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF THE LIFE OF THE SAID COMMUNITY.

To advance education and relieve sickness and poverty in particular by supporting, but not exclusively, the work of Institute Panafrican De Sante Communautaire ( IPASC) by the provision of funds and equipment.

Religious activities. Supporting evangelical Bible teaching ministries in Malawi and nearby countries.

The advancement of education of children in southern DR Congo for the public benefit by assisting in the provision of school buildings, equipment and staff. To relieve financial need and hardship in the DR Congo, in particular but not exclusively by providing child access to education, which their families could not otherwise afford.

PROVIDE EQUIPMENT TO OVERSEAS ORGANISATIONS TO ENABLE THEM TO CATCH/NEUTER/AND RETURN FERRAL CATS AND DOGS

We raise funds to support work to protect the critically endangered Grauer's Gorillas and their habitat in Kahuzi-Biega National Park in the Democratic Republic of Congo and to promote the sustainable development of the surrounding communities.

The Charity is undertaking all kind of charitable activities aimed at relieving poverty, promoting and advancing education / languages among Congolese families and children in the United Kingdom and in D R Congo. The Charity provide Congolese dialects classes to those who are Congolese children born in the UK to speak Parents dialects.

To relieve sickness, poor health and old age amongst people Uk by providing a locale service .To advance the chrestian religion by the evangelism and preaching of the gospel for the benefit of the public througth the holding of prayer meeting, lectures, public celebration of religious festivals, producing and distributing literature on chrestian religion To advance the education of the public
