Financial assistance for parents towards the purchase of school uniform for primary school children going to comprehensive schools.

The periodic cleaning redecoration regilding and preservation in good and sound order or the replacement or repair of the Andrew Fraser Memorial Clock, Station Road, Colwyn Bay for the benefit of the inhabitiants of Colwyn Bay and the surrounding area.

A variety of fund-raising activities to support a wide variety of charities at home and abroad eg 'children with Leukaemia', Mary's Meals, children's hospices, UNICEF education for girls, are all supported in particular this year.

Financial help to the needy in the Parish of Cerrigydrudion. Assistance with travelling to hospital

To provide support and guidance in preparing for the IAM RoadSmart advanced driving test.

We provide facilities for parents of sick children which are handed over for the hospital board to manage.

PRESERVATION AND INTERPRETATION OF THE MINING INDUSTRY OF NORTH WALES

Raising funds for local, national and international charities.

We meet every Thursday morning 9-11.15am. We have lots of toys and sometimes provide activities for the children to take part in. We have tea and coffee for the parents or carers who attend and provide toast and fruit for all the children. We have an annual Christmas party and end of year party to say goodbye to all the children either going to Playgroup or Nursery.

The charity makes a collection of used items like used clothes,shoes,school bags,writing materials to be given to the less privileged children in African countries.like Nigeria, Ghana,Gambia ivory coast etc.Visitation of schools to motivate and encourage the African children.

The Foundation activities are to provide supportive funding to: (i) People who wish to train in the field of midwifery and health visiting (ii) People who (and projects which) promote and advance the issues prevalent throughout the post-natal care period. This support will be focussed in the North Wales area.

ADVOCACY AND RESEARCH. SUPPORTING EDUCATION DEVELOPMENT AND SCHOOLS.

The activities of the Charitable Trust are to make grants and donations to individuals, groups, community associations, local or national charities in Denbigh, St Asaph, Llandudno, Ruthin, Tattenhall, Menai Bridge and in the surrounding areas of North Wales and Cheshire. Particular emphasis is made on local communities and grassroots benefit.

Unused sports field & dilapidated pavilion. Recent addition of off road parking affords opportunities for riverside picnics & recreation. [Fishing requires Rod licence and Dolwyddelan Fishing Association permit (Post Office - Dolwyddelan)]. Sports field is used for sheep grazing. Dogs must be under control at all times. Parental control of Children at riverside essential! No overnight parking.
