The Trustees have elected to concentrate (although not exclusively) on registered charities concerned with hearing or sight issues and prison welfare, reform and systems. When considering donations for UK based charities, the Trustees favour charities in the West Midlands and South West areas. All grant applications must be submitted via email to [email protected] marked FAO the charity.

The Trust promotes the Christian faith and ministry by helping the poor and sick, encouraging education and other charitable activities. The Trust does this by:-Quiet days-Retreats and facilities for private study and prayer-Letting rooms in our peacful House to organisations associated with the Christian faith, charities and others whose function is to provide similar services.

The purpose of the Safer Stronger Consortium (SSC) is to bring together existing organisations of various shapes, sizes and ages, to create one flexible and multifaceted organisation capable of bidding and contracting for a number of interrelated purposes while providing a range of services on a new and unified basis.

As a new church meeting in Falmouth we have regular Sunday Services where we pray, sing and talk about the teachings of Jesus. We also meet on a Sunday to practically help the local community once a month - refurbishing play areas or painting and cleaning as required by the local community. We meet mid-week as smaller groups to discuss life and the bible and support one another. All are welcome

The activities and purposes of the circuit include the effective deployment of resources of ministry, including people (both staff and volunteers), property and finance, within the member churches, development of circuit policy, training of local (lay) preachers, and the organisation of circuit events including church services, quiet days and retreats, and outreach events.

A Pentecostal church which promotes the advancement of the Christian Faith as expressed in the Fundamental Truths of the Assemblies of God in GB and NI. The church is run by its members and seeks to add value to the local community and beyond by outworking the Christian Faith in diverse ways.

Active8 projects aim to empower and motivate young people with physical disabilities in Cornwall to become autonomous individuals by developing their skills, confidence, support structures and aspirations.We support Active8 members to challenge the status quo and be a catalyst for improvement in the quality of life of young individuals and our community.

The charity exists to buy, refurbish and reopen the old Edward Hain Hospital in St Ives, closed by the NHS. We will create a new Community Health & Wellbeing Centre for the town and surrounding area.

Practical, community-based action against poverty and marginalisation in North Cornwall. Developing innovative, sustainable projects such as a Foodbank, furniture project, supported volunteering, advice & training. Working in partnership with statutory and professional organisations to support our clients in the community & help them to be self-sufficient and to restore dignity & revive hope.

PMZ's an award winning charity using music to reach out and transform the lives of some of the most disadvantaged children, young people and vulnerable adults. Music Leaders deliver music workshops and training using music as a tool to reduce social isolation and improve the emotional wellbeing and interpersonal skills of many of the most marginalised groups, including the elderly and disabled.

Private function hire, occasional cafe, music and performance events, coffee mornings, sports and recreational activities.

A community centre based in Camelford, North Cornwall. We provide meeting space for community activities including a youth cafe, a walking club. a film club, photographic society, art classes, book club, games evenings and a range of healthy living activities. We also run a community larder.

Operation of a Gymnastics Club

FOLC raises funds for the restoration of St Julitta's Church, and organises events to increase the use of the building, particularly by members of the local community.

Increasing the provision of local affordable housing and the development of local food projects within the Lands End Peninsula (our "area of benefit" covers the Cornwall Council Community Network Areas of West Penwith and Hayle & St Ives).

The provision and support of facilities and activities fot the promotion of efficiency and well-being of the armed forces of the crown. The trust is required to ensure that only eligible personnel may benefit from its activities and that they should make up a minimum of 51% of the total membership

Peer support, advocacy & signposting for people experiencing racial discrimination. Build local networks & empower communities through volunteering. Conduct research and lobby for racial justice. Host and support cultural arts and events. Work with community partners for social cohesion. Combat systemic racism through education.

Promoting and teaching literacy in early childhood years is not only key to success at school but also later in life.
