Money is given to the village by Buffalo Pictures who film here. That is the sole income to the fund. Applications are made to the fund and granted, following consideration by the Trustees, within the parameters set out in our constitution. Port Isaac as an area is defined and, as requested by Buffalo Pictures, funding is concentrated particularly on the young and elderly of the village.

Peacebuilding UK mission is to support and build local capacities for peace predominantly in the North Caucasus region of Russia and also in Ukraine and Kyrgyzstan.

Stage Prefomance

Provides buildings/facilities/open space for all age groups including those with disabilities for recreational purposes. Available as a meeting place for other charities/voluntary organisations,club acitivities and for fund raising for purposes to support same. Bringing of the local community together. Available for use as a polling station.

Homes for the residence of persons over the age of sixty who in the absolute discretion of the trustees shall by reasons of their straitened but secure financial circumstances be considered suitable persons as residents.

The provision and maintenance of a village hall for the use of the inhabitants of Nanstallon and the local community without distinction of political, religious or other opinions, including use for:a) meetings, lectures and classes, andb) other forms of recreation and leisure-time occupation, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the inhabitants.

Fund faising using various means & activities/events to support local and international charities, and also to support local organisations, eg youth groups, sports clubs etc.

The object of the charity is to help promote the welfare of state registered blind people within the South Devon and Cornwall area. This is done mainly by providing grants to help them purchase educational equipment and living aids.

The provision of good quality, modern reusable furniture and household effects, at affordable prices, to those people in Mid/West Cornwall who are on benefits and low incomes.

The Quarry Gospel Church has been established to advance the Christian faith, sharing the good news of the gospel of Jesus Christ in Newquay and the surrounding area; it seeks to put into practice that faith through worship, prayer, the administration of the sacraments and pastoral care with the aim of meeting people in the surrounding neighbourhood at their point of need.

The Trust offers financial support to young people under 25 years old to learn or improve their watersports skills (sailing, windsurfing, kayaking etc) mainly delivered through a schools programme for children from 8 years old upwards.

We provide facilities for people with intellectual disabilities in Plymouth, east Cornwall and west Devon to engage in sporting activities and competitions at all skill levels and socialise in a place of safety where they are respected, safeguarded and coached in their selected sports. We operate a weekly sports club at Plymouth YMCA with whom we have an operational partnership.

To provide a venue for recreational and sporting activities.

Manage and maintain Kingdon House Community Association for the benefit of all the residents of Tavistock and District

The memorial hall continues to provide a venue for local organizations from within and outside the parish of Perranzabuloe, for a wide range of activities and catering for all ages. The hall has completed an extension on the side of the hall, which will includes storage facilities for hall users. A kitchen, extra space on side of stage for Perranporth players and the pantomime.

A) To advance the education of young members of the public in agriculture, home crafts, country life and related subjects. and B) In the interest of social welfare to provide and promote the provision of facilities for recreation and leisure.

The Trust makes grants of money to organisations and individuals resident or operating within the area of benefit which is an area within ten miles as the crow flies from any of the parish churches of Holsworthy, Langtree or Halwill in the County of Devon

The trustees meet twice a year to consider requests from individuals and charities living or operating in the counties of Cornwall, Devon and Somerset. Their objectives will be in community projects, education, medical, health, disability, poverty relief and emergency aid.Please submit applications by email to Liz Williams in January and February or July and August.
