GRANTS FOR EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE ONLY, TO YOUNG PEOPLE THAT RESIDE IN THE PARISH OF ST.NEWLYN EAST UNDER THE AGE OF 25 YEARS. ALSO GRANTS TO LOCAL VOLUNTARY ORGANISATIONS IN THE PARISH OF ST.NEWLYN EAST, CONSISTING OF YOUNG PEOPLE UNDER THE AGE OF 25 YEARS, FOR EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE ONLY.

Money is given to the village by Buffalo Pictures who film here. That is the sole income to the fund. Applications are made to the fund and granted, following consideration by the Trustees, within the parameters set out in our constitution. Port Isaac as an area is defined and, as requested by Buffalo Pictures, funding is concentrated particularly on the young and elderly of the village.

Working with children families and wards of children dealing with leukaemia in the southwest

We provide buildings and facilities for our users who include youth club - youth theatre - camera club - art group - choral society - Rethink mental health - Cornwall college-adult education.

The care of animals mainly at this present time 26 donkeys, plus ponies, goats and sheep . All these animals will spend the rest of their lives being cared for by the Tamar Donkey Sanctuary. Education of the public that visit the sanctuary in the care and welfare of animals particularly donkeys. Work experience is provided for College and School students all year round.

The Illogan Old School Community Centre provides the Old School Centre in Illogan, Redruth, Cornwall, as a venue for classes, workshops and other activities in keeping with the objects of the charity which are to promote an holistic approach to health and well being: this means the promotion of good physical, mental and spiritual health.

The advancement of the Christian faith

We are a village Hall with playing field facilities. Our facilities are used to provide a place for recreation, social and educational uses.

The charity maintains and upgrades as required the Memorial Hall in the village of St. Mawes, providing a venue for a wide variety of functions and activities, ranging from badminton and bingo to the annual village pantomime, and for regular meetings of local organisations such as the WI and the Garden Society. The hall is also available for private functions based in St Mawes.

Providing accommodation for the elderly

Learning and playing brass instruments and percussion. Taking part in civic ceremonies, contests, carnivals and concerts, as well as informal outdoor events.

In making grants Treverbyn Parish Community Fund will only provide funding for organisations whose work will benefit the inhabitants of Treverbyn Parish in the County of Cornwall. The funds of the Community Fund are limited and received via grants from proceeds generated by the working of wind turbines within the Parish.

Theatrical and performing activities providing entertainment for the local community

Fundraising to fulfil the aims stated in the constitution, the provision of a holiday to deserving and disadvantages families & groups, running a minibus for the transport of the elderly, disabled etc, organising the town's carnival, marshalling local events put on by other charities & groups, holding an annual Young Citizens Awards ceremony

VILLAGE HALL

To promote the Buddhist faith by providing teaching, study and practice of moral discipline within the Buddhist tradition of Je Tsongkhapa.

Management and Maintainence of St Ewe village hall and village hall field

The provision and maintenance of a Village Hall for Hayle and district.

We are based in Callington, South East Cornwall. We help young people access experiences and services that they find difficult to do because of our semi-rural location.

Provide facilities for community activites and manage the Hall

Provide a forum for and propagate the Islamic faith in Cornwall. Provide an opportunity for all to learn about the faith and it's history. Offer help to new and existing members of the Muslim community.
