TO RUN AND MAINTAIN THE VILLAGE HALL.PROVIDE A PLACE WHERE PARISHIONERS AND OTHER PEOPLE, OF WHATEVER BACKGROUND OR RELIGION, CAN MEET ON A REGULAR OR NON- REGULAR BASIS. WE ALSO SUPPORT THE FORMATION OF NEW ORGANISATIONS, SOCIETIES, CLUBS ETC. AND IN PARTICULAR TRY TO ENCOURAGE THESE ENTITIES TO PROVIDE A FRAMEWORK TO INTRODUCE YOUNG PEOPLE TO PARTICIPATE IN THEIR ACTIVITIES.

Chapel Street Music aims to provide access to quality musical and artistic events, in particular in and around the area of Penwith but also in Cornwall more broadly. Specifically, we aim to provide opportunities for performers living and working in Cornwall to perform. In addition, the CIO facilitates participation in musical activities for all young people

Maintain and manage the running of Ponsanooth Village Hall on behalf of the community.

The building was let from the 1st April 2009 to the Childrens Centre and Delaware Pre-School. The building is also available for public use and can be hired out accordingly. There is a Forest School and the centre is more locally known as the DCLC.

Uplift Devon seeks to improve the lives and life chances of any child under the age of five in the south-west by providing professional support and spaces for families to meet, learn and make connections. Parent and child sessions are designed to enable parents to support their young children, becoming active participants in their children's learning.

Supports current Bishop of Plymouth by making annual grant for his use.

Our village hall is warm and comfortable with a popular social club, opening at weekends and bank holidays raising vital funds. The hall hosts a weekly coffee morning, plus classes such as woodcrafters, pilates and Zumba. A bi-weekly baby and toddlers group. A book exchange venture is also proving popular plus a local Chiropody clinic.

The Kelsey Trust's objects are 'to help children and young adults aged 21 and below in England and Wales who are from deprived backgrounds and/or are mentally and/or physically disabled to enjoy a better quality of life by making grants of money for providing or paying for items, services or facilities'.

We are a village Hall with playing field facilities. Our facilities are used to provide a place for recreation, social and educational uses.

The main responsibility of the Town Trust is to insure, maintain and keep in good repair the Town Hall building and preserve in safe custody the chattels and documents that were placed in the custody of the Trust on its formation in 1890. When funds allow the Trust can assist in any project it considers to be of public benefit to the inhabitants of the town.

Children & Young People activities , Toddler Group, Sunday meetings, Prayer meetings, Outreach, Pastoral care, Missions, Worship meetings, Community Engagement, Community Events, Care of Community Spaces.

Scout group offering activities to boys and girls aged between 4 and 18, through various sections (Squirrel Scouts, Beaver Scouts, Cub Scouts, Scouts, Explorer Scouts).

EXTENSION TO CLUB HOUSE. PLANNING PERMISSION OBTAINED AND BUILDING REGS PASSED TO BUILD EXTENSION. GRANTS OF -ú39.000 OBTAINED WORK COMMENCED NOVEMBER 2010. NEW EXTENSION COMPLETED APRIL 2011. DOUBLED THE SIZE OF THE CLUB, CAN NOW HOLD SHORT MAT BOWLS, SKITTLES AND MORE SOCIAL FUNCTIONS. .

Management of community village hall

The learning and making of classical music in a mixed voice choir of approx. 30 members.
