The Clergy Cottage Trust owns & manages a cottage which provides reasonably priced accomodation for C of E Clergy, their family and/or dependants.

To preserve the historic and community amenities of 'Devoran Quay' and maintain the property for the enjoyment and pleasure of the inhabitants of Devoran and neighbourhood.

The Village Hall and environs are available to parishioners and those in surrounding areas for events andfunctions. Fund raising events are organised on a regular basis by the trustees.

The Scout Association provides adventurous activities and personal development opportunities for young people aged 6-25.

We are in the process of modernising Hall. Stage 1: replacing heating, electrics, insulation, french windows and complete redecoration now complete. Stage 2 kitchen extension and redecoration coming soon. Burns night, quiz night, craft and produce show, skittles, summer fairs, pancake day, wakes, private parties among many activities

The aim of the Scout Association is to promote the development of young people in achieving their full physical intellectual social and spirtual potentials as induviduals as responsible citizens and as members of their local, national and international communities. The method of achieving the aim of the association is by providing an enjoyable and attractive scheme of progressive training.

St Breward Guides and Brownies are the units in the village of St Breward and offer activities for all girls from the age of seven years upwards. Currently there are 18 Brownies 13 Guides 2 Young leaders (those 14 - 18 who are working towards a leadership quliafication) and 6 adults. Activites range from craft, public service and health to outdoor activities such as walking, swimming and camping.

Fundraising activities to provide support in the education and school life experience of the children at Nancledra Primary School.

To advance the education of pupils in Lewannick Community Primary School in particular by (1) developing effective relationships between the staff, parents and others associated with the school; and (2) engaging in activities or providing facilities or equipment which support the school and advance the education of the pupils.

The charity aims to enhance the development and musical education of all its members; whether children, young adults and adults. The charity offers appropriate musical education for all members, in accordance with the 2010 equalities act. The charity takes part in many community activities, bringing music to public, private and civic events and bringing musical enjoyment to the wider community.

Lamorna Village Hall is a granite built ex school house. It aims to serve the community by providing a central maintained venue for community activities. There is a wide range of events and activities including yoga, flower clubs, art exhibitions, plays, carol concerts and other events. The Hall is available for hire and is used widely for local family events.

SOWRA aims to advance the standards and raise awareness of regional anaesthesia and pain management amongst the general public and medical profession. SOWRA provides a forum for networking for health professionals, provides training and educational activities and supports clinical and basic science research in the field of regional anaesthesia and pain management through research grants.

We run a village hall for community use. Regular groups include W.I., yoga, line dancers, bowls, martial arts. Keep fit groups and dance classes. We are available for parties & any one off activities we endeavour to keep rental down as low as possible.
