St Breward Guides and Brownies are the units in the village of St Breward and offer activities for all girls from the age of seven years upwards. Currently there are 18 Brownies 13 Guides 2 Young leaders (those 14 - 18 who are working towards a leadership quliafication) and 6 adults. Activites range from craft, public service and health to outdoor activities such as walking, swimming and camping.

The promotion of community participation in healthy recreation in particular by the provision of facilities for the playing of cricket.

Providing a village hall for the use of locals.

Lamorna Village Hall is a granite built ex school house. It aims to serve the community by providing a central maintained venue for community activities. There is a wide range of events and activities including yoga, flower clubs, art exhibitions, plays, carol concerts and other events. The Hall is available for hire and is used widely for local family events.

Community Village Hall, in Lanteglos-by-Fowey, used for recreation, education and enjoyment, including a Local Produce Market, coffee mornings, gardening club meetings, parties, weddings, youth and fitness, Parish Council meetings, polling station, recitals, choirs, talks and plays, Age Concern meetings and lunches, Christmas and other seasonal festivities, School Governor's & Staff training days.

To renovate, preserve and maintain the property known as The Lafrowda Club, St Just, Penzance. And to advance the education of the public in the history of West Penwith and preserve, protect, develop and improve features, objects and relics of historical or public interest from the area of St Just and to educate the public in the culture, history and architecture of that same area

Act as the umbrella organisation for Watch Schemes and provide appropriate services for and on behalf of all registered Watch Schemes in the Devon and Cornwall Force Area.

Release is a money education charity and home of Budget Buddies. Providing money education (financial capability) training, guidance & information to educate & equip people with the crucial life skill of managing their finances & making informed choices. Including practical help with budgeting & related support. Budget Buddies is a mentoring scheme supporting people manage their finances. .

Educating Local Schools on Local history. Researching Genealogy for people World Wide.Talks to various organisations on Historyof Marazion.Preserving the artefacts which very kind local people have loaned to the Museum.

'Plymouth & West Devon Cassette talking Newspaper' creates and distributes audio cassettes of local or relevant news items on a weekly basis to blind folk in the Plymouth and West Devon Area. There are currently about 200 registered users of the service for which no charge is made.

Almshouses for families of needy ex miners

Increase community participation in healthy recreation by the provision of facilities to enable participation in lug-rigged sailing and by advancing education in the history and use of the Jumbo and the maritime heritage of St. Ives. We have carried out skill building in knotting, talks and film shows on historical fishing/sailing vessels and fisherman of St. Ives and run sailing sessions.

Dance Competition for amateurs aged 21 years and under. Held annually in May at St Stephen, Cornwall.
