HIRE OF VILLAGE HALL

THE CHARITY OPERATES TO RAISE MONEY TO SUPPORT THE EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES OFFERED TO PUPILS AT ST MABYN PRIMARY SCHOOL AND TO FORGE CLOSER LINKS BETWEEN THE SCHOOL, PARENTS AND THE WIDER LOCAL COMMUNITY.

The objects of the CIO are to advance the education of the public in the subject of geology and allied sciences with a special reference to the mining interests of Cornwall.

Little Petherick Village Hall is a community based hall that is available to hire for meetings and private and community events. It also operates the village car park that is used for those staying in the village and visiting for the day.

Our purpose is to fund raise to enable us to build a village hall for the benefit of our village and surrounding areas.

Organising early music activities for amateur musicians throughout the south west region.

PROVIDES TUITION TO CHILDREN AND ADULTS. PERFORMS CONCERTS FOR THE GENERAL PUBLICTAKES PART IN BAND CONTESTS.

The charity is a joint junior and senior school PTA consisting of a joint committee of staff and parents with the aim of raising funds for additional equipment and experiences for the benefit of the children at the school.

PREVIOUSLY KNOWN AS THE WALKER LINES INDOOR SPORT AND RECREATION CENTRE GROUP (REGISTERED CHARITY NUMBER 298968 SINCE MARCH 1988) WE PROVIDE BUILDINGS AND OPEN SPACE IN BODMIN FOR SPORT & RECREATION FOR VARIOUS CLUBS AND OTHER USER GROUPS FROM THE SURROUNDING AREA.

We are in the process of modernising Hall. Stage 1: replacing heating, electrics, insulation, french windows and complete redecoration now complete. Stage 2 kitchen extension and redecoration coming soon. Burns night, quiz night, craft and produce show, skittles, summer fairs, pancake day, wakes, private parties among many activities

supports Ashcombe church and occasional other appeals.

Managed by a group of volunteers, St Martin Parish Hall is maintained for use by members of the public on a self-sufficient basis. Regular hirers include: Church meetings/fund raising events, polling station, private childrens parties. Unsuitable for indoor sports or concerts. Licences for entertainment/sale of alcohol to be applied for on occasion. Tables, chairs

The charity exists for the purpose of relieving cases of need in the village of Mawnan Smith, Cornwall.

Objects:1. to advance the education of the public and in particular middleaged and older people who are not in full time employment in Bude and its surrounding locality2. the provision of facilities for leisure time and recreational activities with the object of improvimg the condition of life for the above persons in the interest of their social welfare.

The object of the charity is the promotion of male voice singing in the Cornish tradition.

We provide premises for activities by all age groups

1. Support and promote organic gardening, teaching about sustainability and the environment2. to encourage play and connection with nature3. working with disadvantaged young people, those with special needs & the local community4.Promoting healthy activities involving physical expression

To provide relief to children in need from poor communities in Brazil by generating opportunities through education, sports and citizenship.To encourage and promote international exchange and understanding between children and volunteers from Brazil and the UK.To build the Dream Villa project which aims to benefit many children in Brazil and become an international centre of volunteering.

To provide education in all aspects of Natural Horse Care and Training - working towards Certification that is accepted worldwide via the Parelli System. Enabling private clients & exchange students to broaden and strengthen their knowledge in the equine world.
