Kreslu is the Cornish word for police and hence the chosen name for our charity, which was founded in 2016. The charity operates in Cornwall alone, providing support to both seriously injured and seriously ill police employees and volunteers, in Cornwall. We provide respite breaks, family days out and other gifts.

Meetings of persons who have served in the Royal navy or are in sympathy with the aims of the Royal naval association

Religious Activities

Trevalga Hall charity is in existence for two reasons; One is to continue to provide a village facility for the village of Trevalga and the other is to raise money for the demolition of our old prefabricated but much loved hall and the building of a new one

We generate funds from fund raising activities and then distribute these funds to both local and national charities.The Padstow Charitable Trust distributed -?3275 to charities in the year end 30th June 2010. The main donations were made to local hospices and Shelterbox which were in total -?2550

Provides quarterly grants to needy elderly residents.

The Clothing Bank ,where people in clothing poverty can access preloved clothing giving them their dignity. The Swap Shop, where items can be swapped for items of similar value, both of these activities stop items going to land fill. Crafty Chat where people in social isolation can come together to learn new crafts and meet people, we aim to follow this up with up cycling clothing.

THE PLAYING FIELD IS USED FOR OPEN AIR RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES. THE ANNUAL CHARITY FAYRE DAY IS HELD ON IT PLUS OTHER ACTIVITIES DURING CARNIVAL WEEK. THE LOCAL SENIOR AND JUNIOR FOOTBALL TEAMS USE IT FOR THEIR HOME GAMES.

Village hall provides a venue for :- Meetings, fundraising activities, band and group practice, fee paying classes, polling station.

We are an independant local branch of the Radio Amateurs Emergency Network (RAYNET) who specialise in providing the community with communication facilities in times of emergency, and Public Safety at community events. We provide specialist communications links for community events attracting crowds from a few hundred to several thousands, and assist other Raynet groups nationally.
