The purpose of CUSU shall be to represent, promote and advance the educational, welfare, sporting, social and cultural interests of all students enrolled at Coventry University and be directed by the students of Coventry University.

It intends to become known as a centre of excellence, working in partnership with others to develop pathways of care and support that achieve the best possible outcomes for people.

The Charity's activities centre around educational, social and pastoral work in addition to supporting the work of the Sisters overseas in areas of greatest need associated with the under privileged, the vulnerable and the deprived. The trust is a company limited by guarantee and was formed on 2/11/77. The Memorandum and Articles of Association provide its governing document and constitution. To pay or apply the funds of the organisation to such bodies and/or to such charitable purpose which are exclusively charitabel in law and in such proportions and manner and subject to such terms and conditions as the directors may in their uncontrolled discretion determine.

To provide information, advice and support services to carers of adults and children with care needs to enable them to continue in their caring role and by providing practical replacement care by recruiting, training and employing staff to take the place of the carer, thereby giving them a "break" or "time out" from their caring responsibilities.

The Eveson Trust awards grants to registered charities that come within its remit and operate in Herefordshire, Worcestershire and the metropolitan boroughs of the West Midlands.

CRMC provides impartial and confidential advice to asylum seekers, refugees and migrants living in Coventry and the surrounding areas. We relieve hardship and distress amongst these communities in and around Coventry, alongside providing holistic services to our clients. Rifco Arts produces vibrant, accessible, high quality theatre which reflects and celebrates the contemporary British Asian experience; with a focus on enticing and engaging new audiences. Safeline exists to prevent sexual abuse and rape and support those affected by it.
