THE CHARITY HAS BEEN SET UP TO PROVIDE A MIXTURES OF ACTIVITIES TO BENEFIT THE LOCAL COMMUNITY THROUGH SOCIAL ENTERPRISE. ALL ACTIVITIES ARE CARRIED OUT AT ACTS HOUSE, THESE COMMUNITY INITIATIVES ARE, EDUCATION AND TRAINING FOR THE YOUTH, WORSHOPS FOR THE ELDERLY, SUPPORT AND ADVICE FOR YOUNG OFFENDERS, PROGRAMMES FOR CREATIVE ARTS, EDUCATION AS WELL AS A PLACE FOR PUBLIC WORSHIP.

To give children and young people of all abilities regardless of race, disability; gender, cultural background or sexual orientation from within the geographical boundaries of the league an opportunity to enhance their lives by providing a safe and fun environment for them to learn, develop and express themselves through their participation in football.

Our activities promote, in the ecclesiastical parish of St Philip, the whole mission of the Church. We provide a place for Christian worship in St Philip's Church with services on Wednesdays and Sundays. We reach out into the local and wider community with activities and fundraising events and we hire our church hall to groups and family events.

Third Space Ministries exists to advance the Christian faith in the 'third spaces' of society ie leisure industry, through chaplaincy, team mission, teaching and training. It exists to benefit members of the general public who frequent the 'third spaces' of society including, but not limited to, nightclubs, gyms, coffee shops etc, by serving their emotional and spiritual needs.

BROKERAGE OF CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY VOLUNTEERING AND ASSISTING WITH FUNDRAISING FOR OTHER LOCAL CHARITIES AND ORGANISATIONS

The charity provides one-off, small, grants for educational purposes to young people under the age of 25 years either resident within, or studying at an establishment within, the London Borough of Croydon. Grants are awarded to those demonstrating financial hardship, for items such as books, stationery, uniforms, travel to and from school/college, school trips and music tuition and instruments.

Relieve financial hardship through economic investment,empowerment and development of key infrastructure necessary for life essentials in the UK & Africa. Facilitate sustainable wealth and maintenance of developed infrastructure through training, coaching, education and strengthening positive moral values by teaching the ethical gospel. Supporting displaced and orphaned children in Kenya.

RUNNING A CHURCH

Performances and recordings and new editions of religious and secular works of the 16th century. Commissioning new compositions for sagbutts & cornetts. Concerts, recitals both at home and abroad. Formation of sfzmusic, a record company that will present rare and interesting music.

Organising and promoting activities and events for the advancement, education and entertainment of residents of Sutton and surrounding areas, especially those of Afro-Caribbean heritage.

The charity's objectives are to promote the development of young persons in achieving their full physical, intellectual, social and spiritual potential, particularly by educating such persons in all aspects of the history and practice of seamanship and seafaring.

We are a community based charity that focuses on the advancement of the Christian faith in accordance with the Basis of Faith primarily but not exclusively within Thornton Heath and the surrounding neighbourhood; and such other charitable purposes such as helping those in need as shall, in the opinion of the Managing Trustees further the work of the Church.

It is a 'pop in' Centre where retired people may drop in for coffee, tea, meals and join in activities as they so wish with the purpose being to help older, vulnerable people to remain independent for as long as possible.

HOLDING REGULAR WORSHIP SERVICES DESIGNED TO PROMOTE THE TEACHINGS OF THE CHRISTIAN FAITH IN THE COMMUNITY.

Montpelier Church has a regular service each Sunday at 10.30am for worship and communion. There is opportunity for prayer and bible study at various times. A mid-week gathering takes place for bible study most weeks alongside activities for toddler to primary aged children. A parent and toddler group meets in some school holidays. The church supports community-focused projects in the Purley area.

The church's activities are governed by The Church Manual by Mary Baker Eddy, the Discoverer and Founder of Christian Science. Sunday morning and services, a Sunday School, Wednesday Testimony Meetings, a Reading Room and an annual lecture on Christian Science are all provided for the public.

Demonstrating the Christian faith in action through work with families and communities

We are a church affiliated to the Evangelical Fellowship of Congregational Churches,Working in the community of Thornton Heath. With activities such as brownies, a youth work and pastoral care.

The purpose of the charity is primarily to assist with the care of the elderly and the relief of distress or hardship caused by poverty amongst the elderly; it is also to propagate the Christian gospel amongst young people. The Trust's activities are focused on the districts of Purley Coulsdon and Godstone,Surrey.
