Peak District Mosaic organise different activities in the Peak District National Park; group walks, cycling, visits to historical sites, different places of interest to develop knowledge and enjoy the countryside. We provide training to Community Champions about the history of the national park and encourage them to access, explore and enjoy by arranging group visits for their families and friends

We inspire young people aged 11-19yrs to aspire to reach their potential in all aspects of their lives. We provide supplementary Maths, English, and Science; and provide post-16 workshops in employability skills, advice on career options, and CV development and University open days. We believe that with support all young people has the potential to achieve their goals. We provide 1:1 mentoring.

The Charity money is send to the homeless and disabled poor peoples.

Teaching a broad Islamic curriculum which includes Quran and Arabic language to children and adults in the local community every evening. Holding five daily congregational prayers, as well as friday and Eid sermons. Hold fundraising activities for local, national or international humanitarian crisis or disasters.

The principal activity of the charity in the year under review was provision of Tamil language and Fine Arts teaching.

To promote the development of young people in achieving their full physical, intellectual, social and spiritual potentials, as responsible citizens and as members of their local, national and international communities.

For the relief of need by providing support and assistance to people living in Derby and the surrounding area who find themselves in a situation needing help with goods and services which they otherwise could not afford.

Income for the charity come from annual summer and Christmas fairs, regular discos for the children, ladies evenings and providing refreshments at sports days, open days and parents evenings.Expenditure includes refreshments, prizes, administration for the events listed above. Extra expenditure is then from what the school requires at the time including animal feed, and school resources.

1.The promotion of public education in and appreciation of music by the preparation and rehearsal for, and the presentation of, public concerts and by such other means as NCB shall from time to time determine. 2.The provision of such grants and donations for individuals or such charitable associations, bodies and organizations as the trustees in their absolute discretion shall think fit.

Religious organisation

Religious activities. Church services are held on Sunday mornings and Wednesday evenings.

JEM is a community based organisation which provides a free rolling programme of employability and skills workshops aimed at equipping and preparing individuals, aged 19 years and over living in the Normanton and Arboretum districts of Derby, to enter or re-enter the labour market, voluntary work or further education. Our approach focuses on confidence building and raising self-esteem.

CALVARY INTERNATIONAL MINISTRIES MAIN OBJECTIVE IS TO PREACH THE WORD OF GOD TO ALL MANKIND. THIS MEANS WE PREACH TO ALL NATIONS AND RACES.WE ALSO TEACH YOUNG CHILDREN OF DIFFERENT AGES ON HOW TO LIVE CHRISTIAN LIFE. WE ALSO ENGAGE IN CHARITABLE ACTIVITIES WITHIN THE LOCAL AND INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITIES. WE ALSO BUILD CHURCHES, HOUSES AND BIBLE SCHOOLS.

To provide, for the public benefit, cultural activities and facilities for recreation and leisure time for people originating from the Indian sub-continent who are over 60years of age in South Derbyshire and Derby city.We operate on a daily basis from Monday to Friday 1pm to 5pm based at Methodist Church on Arleston Lane, Sinfin

To acquire, procure or otherwise obtain and supply medical and surgical equipment, medecines, preparations, appliances and apparatus for the hospitals in Derby and South Derbyshire in order to add to the said hospitals' facilities to investigate, diagnose, prevent, relieve and cure sickness and ill health of every kind.

The Sitwell Singers is a mixed-voice Chamber Choir which rehearses regularly during term-time, covering a wide range of pieces from renaissance to the present day. We perform at least 5 public concerts p.a, often with professional instrumentalists and soloists and also arrange an annual "Come and Sing" event in which members of the public participate in the study and performance of a choral work

Table Tennis Club, operating at St Michael's Church Hall, Dairyhouse Road, Derby DE23 8HP

We have weekly rehearsals where through internal and external coaching we educate and develop members singing skills. Members are given the opportunity to demonstrate their skills entertaining the public and in competition at the annual British Barbershop Competition

VILLAGE HALL

Providing almshouses accomodation for residents aged 40 years or over who except in special cases as determined by the trustees, are resident in Spondon. Preference is given to aged widows.
