Fundraising to support the work of the school to provide equipment and materials to promote extra-curricular activities & advance the education of the pupils in the school.

A charity that gives funds to Whimple Primary School by non-event and event fundraising activities, and serves the parent community as a liaison with the school.

PARENT TEACHER ASSOCIATION

Organising village activities, such as whist drives, beetle drives, jumble sales, firework/bonfire displays, village flower and produce show for the benefit of local inhabitants. Making the hall available for local inhabitants' activities, including Parish Council.

Fundraising to provide facilities or equipment which support the college and advance the education of the students.Developing effective relationships between staff, parents and others associated with the college.

Runs the Village Hall at Woodland, Devon - renting out the hall and organising various village activities

Researching and recording the history of Bideford, Northam and the surrounding district, including the indexing of the Bideford Gazette newspaper. Publishing booklets on aspects of local history .Creating topic packs on local history primarily for use by schools. Assisting members of the public who wish to research local and family history

We provide accommodation for the elderly

Education and training; arts/culture/heritage/science; amateur sport; environment/conservation/heritge.

The Friends of Yealmpstone Farm, hold fayres, quizzes, fun evenings, school discos etc in order to raise money for the children of the school. Funds raised help buy equipment and contributions towards the cost of trips and activities.

Bequests and donations

To make available a modern and well equipped club room to use for community activities and meetings including Community larder, First aid site, craft groups, community coffee mornings and charity fund raising events.

The Charity exists to raise money through the brethren of the Lodge and their visitors for both Masonic and non Masonic charities.

Work to raise funds for the Woodwater Academy by staging fundraising events which are used to purchase additional resources not available in the school budget.

Relief in Need

Providing transport to and from hospital/ doctors' and general medical appointments, befriending, prescription collecting, shopping or dog-walking.

Our main activities to date are raising funds through charitable events and donations. However, the purpose of the charity is to develop and operate a skate park in Axminster

Provision of vilage hall ameneties

Fundraising, maintaining, organising and managing the Colebrooke Parish Hall and the activities held therein to provide for and accommodate community events and pastimes, and a recreational facility for the inhabitants, young and old, of the villages of Colebrooke, Coleford and Penstone and their rural environs.

The Bovey Tracey Players exists to provide opportunities for its members to explore all aspects of the Theatrical Arts and acquire the related skills through the production, reading and viewing of plays and other dramatic performances. In order to further this aim, the Association shall be non-party political and non-sectarian.

Makes grants to residents of Broadclyst who are old, sick or with disabilities.
