The Association was formed with the aim of furthering interest in the period 1914-1918, to perpetuate the memory, courage and comradeship of those of all sides who served their countries in France, Flanders, other theatres, and in their own countries during the Great War. It does not seek to justify or glorify war. It is not a re-enactment society nor is it commercially motivated.

Our charity is the PTFA for a small community school with an average of 400 pupils in attendance. We raise monies throughout the school year. Such activities include disco's, non-uniform days, new 2u sales (used uniform), monthly tuck shops, pupil competitions, Christmas and Summer fayres.

The PTFA for Witheridge Church of England Primary School aim is to raise funds through various activities which we then donate to the school to enhance our children?s experience.

Interest on this charities account is used through the Chalice's Educational foundation charity by advertising in the local newsletter for applicants (children under 25 who are resident in the parish) for grants/loans for educational purposes. Making decisions on such applications.

The running of a Beaver, Cub and Scout group for young people between the ages of 6 - 14yrs. Various activities usually based around the group's own premises, although some outside activities also carried out. Day trips and camps etc.

GENERAL CHARITABLE PURPOSES INCLUDING UK AND OVERSEAS AID AND TO ALSO HELP DISABLED/DISADVANTAGED YOUNG AND ELDERLY PEOPLE AND OTHER CHARITY BODIES BY CARRYING OUT FUNDRAISING ACTIVITIES.

All Saints Kenton Friends (ASK Friends) supports the conservation, maintenance, and improvement of the fabric and fittings of All Saints Church. One of our sources of funding will be through grant applications. However, money is also raised through various fundraising activities (eg quizzes, art talks, concerts within the church) and we will welcome donations.

RAISE MONEY FOR THE PRIMARY SCHOOL SO THEY CAN PROVIDE EXTRA EQUIPMENT OR ACTIVITIES FOR ALL THE CHILDREN ATTENDING THE SCHOOL.

General charitable purposes

Assisting with the preservation, repair, maintenance, restoration, improvement and ornamentation of the fabric of the Church of St. Andrew's, Moretonhampstead. Assisting in the funding of those expenses which relate to the upkeep of the organ and choir, the building and the bells.

Charitable donations are collected from lodge members with additional funds being obtained from organised social events.

Raising money to pay for eqiupment and extra curricular activities for school children.

The object of the charity shall be the provision and maintenance of a village hall for the use of the inhabitants of the parish of Upottery and the adjoining parishes without distinction of political, relegious or other opinions, including meetings lectures and classes, and other forms of recreation and leisure-time occupation, with the object of improving the condition of the said inhabitants.

To educate the public in the dramatic arts and to develop public appreciation of the arts.

We are a parents, teachers and friends association for Oakwood Primary Academy school of 300 pupils. Our aim throughout each year is to raise funds to provide the 'extra's' for the children such as school trips, additional indoor and outdoor equipment and entertainment for the children such as at Christmas. We mainly raise these funds through school fayres throughout the year.

Fundraising events to benefit local school

To relieve financial hardship in the counties of Devon and Cornwall suffered solely by any person involved or connected to the South West Peninsula Football League.

We are able to make small cash grants for the relief of poverty for residents within the Parish of Exminster, Devon. Please do not contact us if the request for assistance relates to someone who lives outside of the Parish of Exminster.
