Exeter Food Bank provides short term food supplies to local people in crisis referred to us by a number of agencies and charities.

The SWBA is an umbrella body for many of the Baptist Churches in the South West. SWBA is largely a service organisation, which means that much of our work is "responsive" - meeting the practical needs of our member churches. These are very wide-ranging. In addition, we also undertake an element of more strategic work.

The Joint Council of Co Church, Exeter (formerly the United Parish of St Sidwell & St Matthew and the Parish of St Andrew's Exwick) has the responsibility to co-operate with the incumbent to promote, within the ecclesiastical parishes, the whole mission of the Church, pastoral, evangelistic, social and ecumenical.

To promote community participation in recreational sports conducted through amateur organisations based in North Devon priority being given to the districts of Bideford and Barnstaple to include donations to individuals and provision of facilities and equipment for clubs/organisations and in addition promote and support other registered charities in achieving their charitable objectives

To advance education and provide facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation and leisure-time occupation with the objectives of improving the conditions of life for all those living in the catchment area of the Charity.

The preparation, study and performance of choral music for the public. To study and prepare existing compositions and to commission new works. To support the development and engagement of young people in the arts and in particular choral singing. To facilitate arts activity in the local community and to work with the Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra in the performance and promotion of choral music.

We support refugees and their families to ensure they are given the protection they need, are able to settle successfully in the local community,rebuild their lives in safety and dignity and be treated with respect and understanding. A well-led volunteer team work with 8 staff members to undertake case-work, mentoring for clients, fundraising and awareness raising in the local community.

MONTHLY EVENTS FOR PRISONERS IN EVERTHORPE, WOLDS & PRISONS. OUR BIBLE COLLEGE RUNS TWO 15 WEEK RESIDENTIAL SEMESTERS PER YEAR. STUDENTS SERVE IN THE COMMUNITY IN VARIOUS WAYS INCLUDING PRISON VISITING.

Local charity since 1999 (1094235), C.I.O. since 2013 (1152509) assisting disabled people in Cornwall. MCL works in five major ways: Individual and Personalised Support; Digital Skills Support; Accessible Transport using 2 adapted minibuses; Advocacy; Support for other small charitable groups.

Furtherance of religion in Totnes.

The principle activity of the Charity is the holding of an annual agricultural show in Honiton, to promote agriculture, and other trades, crafts and professions associated with it. There are farm competitions during the year.

We are a parent-involving community based group providing a safe, secure and stimulating environment for children. The pre-school offers a tailored curriculum promoting the importance of play in the development of the child. Session themes centre around the natural environment with half of the sessions held entirely outdoors in our purpose-made nature garden.

Provides finance for Exeter Cathedral fabric maintenance, music library and archives.

Wings works with disadvantaged children, young people and adults in one of the poorest areas in the UK. Through mentoring, befriending and offering an exciting portfolio of collaboratively designed learning, recreational and motivational activities, our aim is to help them gain skills, while raising confidence, resilience and self-esteem and ultimately giving each individual hope for the future.

Provision of transport for elderly, disabled and people with special needs and community groups

Half net income to St. Mary's Church, Brixton, for upkeep, repair, insurance. Remaining half of income applied to Brixton parishioners in need, hardship or distress by financial grants or paying for items, services or facilities. If funds not fully spent on individuals, remainder may be spent at the Trustees' discretion for any charitable purpose for the general benefit of the parish of Brixton.
