It is also also available for private hire by members of the local community.

The Norman Family Charitable Trust is a grant making charity. Grants are given at the Trustees' discretion to any charitable causes within the South West with preference for Devon, Cornwall and Somerset. No grants are given to charities which involve using live animals for research or experimental purposes, to overseas projects, or for the maintenance of buildings used for religious purposes.

Community Art Centre to advance education specifically but without limitation in the arts. Eating Disorder Support covers geographic areas in Plymouth and part of West Devon. We provide NICE guidelines psychotherapy and specialist dietetic advice for individuals suffering from an eating disorder. We also offer individual/group/ family therapy for clients and carers. EDS provides a 3-day intensive programme for those who are more at risk of deterioration to prevent in-patient admission.

Any charitable purpose relating to the NHS, also specifically of the Torbay and South Devon NHS area.To provide equipment and amenities, improve conditions for care and other benefits for the advancement of the health of patients and help make staff more effective in delivering healthcare

Supporting people with brain injuries and their families

The Charity supports priests of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Plymouth by:* the payment of grants to Diocesan Priests in need;* the payment of Allowances to Diocesan Priests, (including former Members), who have resigned from ecclesiastical office;* the provision of assistance, of whatever kind, to relieve Diocesan Priests who are sick, infirm or elderly.

Organizing and presenting an annual 7 day outdoor festival plus a number of related promotional road shows leading up to the main festival featuring contemporary Christian musicians and public speakers for the purpose of attracting the general public with the view to ministering the Gospel of Jesus Christ and teaching on subjects relevant to Christian doctrine to all those who will hear.

Exwick Community Church seeks to provide spiritual guidance for its members and the community, through Sunday services, Bible study and prayer groups, and monthly Messy Church services for young families. We also seek to meet community needs through coffee mornings, links with Exeter Foodbank and Exeter YMCA. ECC employs a full-time pastor, and is a member of the Baptist Union UK.

The Charity operates a Church and its activities include the running of regular church services and undertaking missionary work in the local area and internationally. It runs weekly activities for young and elderly people in the community.

The activities of Upton Vale Baptist Church include regular public worship, prayer and bible study, evangelism and mission, nurture and growth of christian disciples, social action, support and encouragement of other charities, giving and encouraging friendship and pastoral care.

START works in the city of Plymouth, offering individual support, advocacy and outreach services to asylum seekers and refugees. START aims to facilitate the transition of refugees, and vulnerable minority ethnic groups, from people in need to self-reliant contributors to their local communities.

Welcome Hubs, social events, exhibitions, festivals, ad hoc advice and support, English classes, translation/interpretation services to promote social inclusion and prevent discrimination for refugees, migrant workers and asylum seekers. We are currently seeking funding to deliver diversity and inclusion/hate crime/cultural awareness training across all Equality Act 2010 protected characteristics

To advance education and provide facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation and leisure-time occupation with the objectives of improving the conditions of life for all those living in the catchment area of the Charity.

To promote community participation in healthy recreation facilities for the playing of association football and other sports capable of improving health;to provide and assist in providing sport, recreation or other leisure time occupations of suchpersons who have need for such facilities by reason of their young, age, infirmity or disablement, poverty or social economic circumstances.

Amigos works in Uganda to bring sustainability, dignity and hope to disadvantaged people. At Kira Farm Development Centre 40 vulnerable young Ugandans receive training. We run a child-led family sponsorship programme enabling 380 children to go to school. We work in rural communities providing clean water and training in conservation farming, WaSH, appropriate technolgies and conflict resolution.
