We provide services & friendship for the elderly & disabled in the Sid Valley area, supporting people in their daily lives by promoting independence, social inclusion & respecting the cultural traditions of our community.We offer transport to medical appointments; morning coffee & lunch at Twyford House; shopping trips; social outings; group events & room hire to local clubs, events & groups.

Beacon Church Bridport runs weekly church services in an effort to advance the Christian faith in Bridport. We attempt to bring relief to those in the town suffering hardship of some kind whether it be issues with mental health, drug addiction, illness or loneliness. Our youth activities and community events are designed to meet the emotional, spiritual and physical needs of those in our town.

The charity was established in 2003 to help those people who were struggling to remain local in the West Somerset and Mid-Devon regions. It has grown steadily and now owns 20 properties all tenanted to local people on low incomes in need of accommodation at a reasonable rent.The charity continues to provide financial assistance to local person(s) in extreme financial need.

Our services include: daily drop-in 'Chatty Cafe' (Mon-Sat), lunch (Mon-Fri), breakfast (Sat), meals on wheels (Mon-Fri), home help & gardening support, advice & signposting, activities and support groups, room hire for community events.

ExCoL was established to steward the UNESCO Creative City designation granted to Exeter in 2019 and to improve cultural & creative programming throughout Exeter & Devon. The preservation and protection of the health and wellbeing of people affected by cancer, primarily in North Devon, by providing care packages and support services to help manage the side effects of treatment and improve quality of life.

For the general benefit of the public and in particular the advancement and enrichment of education through the arts and the improvement of lifelong educational opportunities particularly but not exclusively for young people for experiencing and participating in arts of high quality, and to formulate, prepare and establish schemes therefor.

We support young people who identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans or are questioning their sexuality or gender identity in Dorset, including Bournemouth and Poole. We also raise awareness of the challenges face by this group of young people to reduce incidences of homophobia, biphobia and transphobia.

The purpose of the CIO is to relieve persons who are handicapped, aged, blind and otherwise disabled or disadvantaged in North Devon by providing transport such persons to and from such destinations as they require.
