Girlguiding South West England provides a range of activities and opportunities for girls and young women aged from 5 years to adult in Berkshire, Hampshire, Wiltshire, Bristol, Gloucestershire, Somerset, Dorset, Devon, Cornwall, Isle of Wight, Jersey and Guernsey.

To promote any charitable purposes for the benefit of the public, principally in Teignbridge and build the capacity of 3rd sector organisations, ovide them with support, information and services to enable them to pursue or contribute to any charitable purpose. To promote, organise and facilitate co-operation and partnership working between third sector, statutory and other relevant bodies

Any charitable purpose or purposes relating to the National Health Service, wholly or mainly for the services provided by Plymouth Hospitals NHS Trust and Livewell Southwest CIC.

The Clare Milne Trust supports disability projects in or close to Devon and Cornwall. The Trust prefers to help smaller effective charities with good volunteer suppport. The Trust does not support individuals with a disability directly.

Our Public Programmes inform & involve people in our built environment. We develop diverse talent through Education & Skills work.

CHARIS works to resettle refugees in Somerset and the surrounding area providing for them the opportunity of a new life. These refugees are drawn from the most vulnerable groups and are identified through the UNHCR programs and arrive in the UK via the UK Governments Community Sponsorship Scheme.

St Petrock's works to achieve its aims though a number of emergency, support and prevention programmes to help people into healthier and more positive lives. This includes the provision Homelessness Services, Rough Sleeper Survival Services, Specialist Welfare Advice, Health and Wellbeing Services and a range of Emergency and Specialist Housing Services.

The charity's principle activity is the operation of day support rehabilitation facilities for persons in the community affected by the misuse of drugs and or alcohol, and for their families and associated persons. The secondary activity is to provide an education service as an alternative to pupil referral units.

To advance the education and promote the physical, spiritual and mental welfare and development of children and young people and their families within a Christian environment and ethos by providing, managing and improving one or more residential activity centres conducted on Christian principles and to assist in organising conferences and training courses for the advancement of such purposes.

Provision of housing for local people over 60 years old and in financial need

The principal activity of the trust is the ownership and running of The Marine Theatre. The main activity is theatrical productions and the running of a Youth theatre. Activities also include hiring out of theatre to local user groups and for private functions.

Open Doors provides the teaching of the English language to those who are disadvantaged, marginalised or isolated by language or culture. We run ESOL classes and vocational NVQ courses, employment mentoring and teacher training courses to qualify teachers to teach ESOL. Open Doors provides other workshops and activities seeking to help clients increase integration.

The Eddystone Trust provides information and support for anyone concerned about HIV/AIDS, Hepatitis C, and sexual health.

To secure the protection, improvement and conservation of the South West Coast Path and public access to it, in order to improve the health and well-being of the general public.To educate the general public to a greater knowledge of, respect and care for the coast and countryside, by promoting the South West Coast Path.

The Trust supports the preservation and eventual restoration of the southern section of the former L&B railway route, from Wistlandpound and Barnstaple, by financially aiding projects such as the purchase of sections of trackbed, restoration/rebuilding of historic features, and conservation management along the former railway route. The Trust works with Exmoor Associates CIC.
