SWSW provides:1. Music Therapy for children by State Registered Music Therapists in North Cornwall and North West Devon.2. A free Instrument Loan Scheme (ILS) to school children having lessons within the SWSW catchment area3. Annual music workshops for schools with professional musicians4. An annual award to a music student who has shown exceptional improvement in difficult circumstances

The performing of music mainly for Charitable events / organisations, which enables those events / organisations to raise funds to support their activities.Providing a social activity benificial to Choir members and in turn to the public at large.

SCOUT GROUP UNDERTAKING NUMEROUS EDUCATION ACTIVITIES FOR YOUNG PEOPLE BOTH BOYS AND GIRLS

We aim to preserve, protect and improve the British Spotted Pony.We keep studbooks, foster interest in the breed. We encourage and promote the production of the British Spotted Pony for riding, driving and showing. We produce newsletters and have a website. We hold an annual show and we help & advise members on all aspects of keeping and breeding spotted ponies.

Presenting and participating in the provision of Brass Band Music to the public and encouraging the musical education of young and novice players in the Torridge area

The Christian Fellowship have continued to meet together for worship,teaching, prayer & bible study. Financial support has been given to Christian work overseas in Bolivia, Mongolia, Mozambique, India and Zimbabwe. The main financial activity of the Trust during the year has been the continued maintenance and equipping of a Church building in Blundell's Road Tiverton.

Funds have been raised by members through activities such as the Braunton Village Fair, Car Tour, Braunton Wheels, and barbeques together with public collections from the Wishing Well and Santa's Sleigh with other events and donations from individuals and other organisations. Grants have been made to individuals and organisations in accordance with the general objectives of the Trust.

The Stanborough Chorus performs concerts in Devon supporting various charities throughout the year.

We hold church services every Sunday open to all, this includes Apostolic preaching based on Biblical principles and scripture. As well as a time of praise and worship with Christian music. Bible studies every Friday, to help our church members study the Bible and uplift one another through scripture. Zoom prayer meetings three times a week in the evenings.

Making available the Village Hall and playing field including children's play area for use by the community.We send out a newsletter about events in the community every quarter.

Charity runs a block of 4 almshouses for elderly people in Totnes

2 week holidays to Florida for children with serious illness or major handicap. Living in the North Devon/Torridge area

Playing concerts in Taunton and the surrounding areas.

Supporting clergy, especially those taking higher degrees

Raising money to support Ladysmith Schools in Exeter

The provision of affordable, secure, and environmentally sustainable housing for people in housing need in Devon and Cornwall. We have planning permission for 23 new affordable units in Dartington, Totnes including units for young people with support needs and adults with learning disabilities, with 8 market homes for cross-subsidy.

The object of the Charity is, for the public benefit, the relief of those in need in North-West Devon of any age, who suffer social exclusion because of lack of transport by providing them with volunteer drivers to transport them to and from their destination.

The choir aims to promote, develop and support the wider appreciation of choral music by the development of musical standards, the presentation of public concerts and by offering support and services to other charitable organisations.

Primary activities include fundraising for the school through social events such as quiz nights, fashion shows and auction evenings. There are a number of regular fundraising activities such as running a cake stall as well as holding a yearly christmas and summer fayre.
