The sea cadet corps is a national youth charity providing young people between the ages of 10 & 18 with life skills and the core qualities of good citizenship - teamwork, self-respect and social responsibility.

Primarily: We fund the upkeep of three almshouses in Bovey Tracey. We have limited income from rental of a TV mast situated in a small field the Trust owns. The trust also distributes approx 20% of this income to local charitable organisations.

Scouting actively engages and supports young people in their personal development, empowering them to make a positive contribution to society.

Provision of homes in Holsworthy for elderly persons of limited means residing in the Ecclesiastical Parish of Holsworthy.

The hall provides facilities for individuals and local groups to meet, participate in activities, exercise, socialise and access information technology. Activities include art classes, badminton, bowls, dog training, WI, garden club, Friendly Friday lunch club, etc. The Hall is hired out for other local functions and to groups and is accessible to individuals requiring a secure meeting place.

Charlie's Star Charity has been established in order to Create Hope and Smiles for Bereaved families that have lost a child under the age of 19.We aim to provide much needed short respite breaks in Cornwall, away from the mundane issues of everyday life in order that families can reflect, recharge their batteries and focus on their future journey.
