The PCC co-operates with the rector in promoting in the parish the whole mission of the church, pastoral, evangelistic, social & financial.

WE'VE ESTABLISHED A NATIONAL SURFING MUSEUM IN NORTH DEVON - PRESERVING UK SURF HERITAGE, CELEBRATING CURRENT ACHIEVEMENTS AND SHAPING THE FUTURE OF SURFING IN GREAT BRITAIN. THE CHARITY AIMS TO CREATE A CARBON NEUTRAL HOME, OFFERING A NEW COMMUNITY VENUE TO PROMOTE MUSIC, ART, FILM & CULTURAL EVENTS. PROMOTING CONSERVATION OF THE ENVIRONMENT, YOUTH OPPORTUNITIES, EDUCATION AND VOLUNTEERING.

The charity maintains the village hall, including the attached, tenanted old school house and surrounding communal area, it has developed and operates the hall for the benefit of the residents of the parish of Poltimore, in Devon, and for the wider public.

SUPPORT SCHOOL WITH RESOURCES RAISED MAINLY BY FUNDRAISING EVENTS

The charity raises money to maintain the fabric of Holy Trinity Church Salcombe to ensure that the visitors and residents have the facilities of a Church.

Fundraising and Donations used to take Burn Injured Children on activity camps and family day trips

D'Arts provides creative workshops at weekends in Exeter for adults with learning disabilities and disabilities. We also put on events such as our annual weekend music and arts festival D'ArtsFest. We work with small creative organisations and individuals to deliver an interesting and diverse monthly programme. The days are supported by a group of dedicated volunteers.

Exmouth and District U3A (University of the Third Age) is a self-help organisation for retired and semi-retired people who come together to continue their educational, social and creative interests in a friendly and informal environment

The provision of supported housing, accommodation and related support services to relieve the needs of people who are formerly rough sleepers, vulnerably housed or people who would otherwise be at risk of street homelessness in The South Hams and surrounding area.

5th North Devon (Bishops Tawton) Scout Group provides services to young persons aged 6 to 14 in the form of education, training and entertainment.

To advance Christian religion by providing funds to assist with the insurance,restoration,preservation, repair, improvement and beautification of St Hieritha's church and helping provide additional facilities and contributions towards the cost of maintaining the ministry at the church and the day-to-day costs incidental thereto and on behalf of the PCC of St. Hieritha's church,Chittlehampton,Devon

Nourish Axminster is a not for profit community food provider that became a CIO in January 2024. Nourish provides home cooked meals which are distributed to people in the community who are struggling for a variety of reasons.

Provides building, facilities, playing field and activities as a centre for the local community

Open green space was given to Swimbridge Parish Council in March 2011. Swimbridge Parklands Committee are set up to fundraise for the field.
