The main objective of this charity is to raise money, from organising fun events, to fund activities and purchase equipment which will enhance the school experience for all children.

Our activities advance education for all pupils at the school. Funds we raise support additionalactivities such as enrichment weeks, purchase scripts for school shows, Spanish lessons and residentialtrips. Activities we run include an annual barn dance bringing parents, teachers, pupils and the community together. We fund and support playground improvements and buy books and equipment.

Newton Abbot Community Shed (NACS) fulfils its Objects by providing equipped workshop space where members can make and repair items for themselves or in support of NACS, assist others, and acquire skills.

To provide low cost/quality accommodation to the poor of the parish bearing in mind we only own 3 bungalows. To maintain bungalows in good order and create reserve funds for their long term maintenance and refurbishment.

A) The relief of poverty, sickness, and disability to rural village churches by the means of teaching, discipleship and salvation. B) The advancement of education within rural communities.C) The provision of humanitarian aid with rural communities.D) To support mission activities and missionaries in sharing the gospel message

The hall provides facilities for use by: Holbeton Primary School, the parish council, senior citizens lunch & social club, Holbeton drama group, Pilates, Garden Society, Twinning Association, Strength Training, private parties and is also used as a polling station. Our licence allows us to show films for public viewing.

The principal object of the Trust is the advancement of the Christian faith. This object may be fulfilled [but not necessarily exclusively so] by providing care and comfort of elderly or disabled people especially such as belong to the "Household of Faith" (Gal.6:10) including providing a home for them. The Trust may also engage in other charitable activities.

To promote for the inhabitants of West Devon and surrounding area the provision of facilities for recreation or other leisure- time occupation. The promotion of community participation in healthy recreation, for the benefit of the public at large in the interests of social welfare and with the object of improving the condition of life of the said inhabitants.

A meeting place for clubs and social activities. Disabled access and bathroom facilities

The purpose which the charity was founded was for the relief of patients suffering from disease or malformation affecting the spine and adjacent areas of the body.

PROVISION AND MAINTAINENCE OF PARISH HALL BUILDING

ASK FOR JAKE PROVIDES A NETWORK OF TRAINED VOLUNTEERS WHO ARE ABLE TO OFFER EMOTIONAL SUPPORT TO INDIVIDUALS IN DISTRESS WHERE REQUIRED, IN THE FORM OF TALKING THERAPY, DESIGNED TO PROVIDE INFORMAL EARLY INTERVENTION TO MINIMISE ESCALATION OF MENTAL HEALTH PROBLEMS. CURRENTLY OFFERING FREE MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS TRAINING, A WEEKLY' DROP IN' SESSION AND ONLINE TEXT SUPPORT.

DEVELOPING YOUNG PEOPLE IN PHYSICAL,SOCIAL AND INTELLECTUAL AREAS. CAMPING, ORIENTEERING, FUND RAISING AND HELPING OTHERS IN EAST DEVON. PROMOTING THE ETHOS OF THE SCOUT MOVEMENT.

General charitable purposes.

We are a community village hall, providing facilities for sport, cultural, social, education and leisure activities, open to all people. The hall has been in continuous use for over 50 years to the growing village of 2800 population(approx)., situation between Newton Abbot and Teignmouth on the Teign Estuary.This current year we have had the interior ofthe hall decorated.

Provision of land for public use for sport and recreation

The Trust raises funds to enable publicly important heritage restoration and conservation works to take place in the town of Totnes, Devon, as well as promoting the development of heritage community engagement projects, within the town. The first, and primary, project of the Trust is the restoration and development of St. Mary's Parish Church and its surrounding churchyard.

Loan of motorbility scooters to the elderly and disabled residents and visitors to Teignmouth to enable them to get about and enjoy the facilties on offer in this seaside town. Giving their carers a break and offering equipment they might not normally have access to.We also offer our services at outside events enabling disabled and elderly attendees a chance to take part.

The charity holds up to two activities a year to keep ahead of the running expenses of the hall: Soup and Sweet Lunch. Coffee mornings are held every two months.

The advancement of religion and education, assistance of the provision of facilities for recreation and other leisure time activities in the interests of Social Welfare, The relief of the Needy, the Sick and the Aged, and the support of any charitable purposes which the Trustees decide for the benefit of the community and inhabitants within the parish of Revelstoke (Devon).

Promote healthy recreation through playing tennis.

We provide a wide range of study group activities for our members who range from 55+.
