Organises and runs fund-raising activities for the school.

The charity invested the monies from the sale of the Church House Inn, Holne in 2018. The income from the investment is exclusively used for the upkeep and maintenance of the Church of St Mary the Virgin, Holne. The charity also holds the Playpark, Holne in trust for the recreation and enjoyment by the community.

WI ACTIVITIES

Mount Kelly Choral Society gives people in the Tavistock area the opportunity to participate in a choir putting on public performances of choral music and to enjoy those performances at affordable cost. It is an inclusive, non-auditioned community choir.

Administration of the charity premises & community hall, for the benefit of the local church and the communities activity groups which include the Art Group, Gardening Group, Bridge Club, Drama Club, W.I. & youth activities

Support disadvantaged communities in predominantly in the South West of England (Cornwall, Devon, Dorset, Somerset). Provide financial assistance to local enterprises and support development of community asset programmes. Support environmental knowledge and activities.

To provide facilities in the interest of social welfare for recreation and leisure time occupation with the object of improving the conditions of the life for the inhabitants of Kingskerswell and the neighbourhood.

To protect and preserve good health among people living in Devon who arerecovering from substance or alcohol abuse, in particular by providing rockclimbing, hill walking and mountaineering experiences and tuition designed tosupport their recovery, improve and nurture their physical and mental health andwell-being and reduce the likelihood of relapse.

We are a school PTA who raise funds which can then be donated to benefit the children of Marpool Primary School in Exmouth. Activities include Bingo, Jumble Sales, Discos, Christmas Market and Family Fun Night with Grand Prize Draws.

The object of the club shall be to promote the welfare of the aged and retired. Monthly meetings, outings, annual holiday and Christmas dinner. Meet at the Victory Hall, Exminster on the first Tuesday in the month. Membership open to over 50's. Subscription £6 p.a.

Village Hall available to local people for functions, weddings etc. Also available to people from further afield for art groups and workshops and other bookings.

The provision of positive activities for rural young people aged 10 to 28.

(1) Provide premises, and an environment in which youth work can thrive. (2) Support small voluntary youth organisations to enable them to operate safely and effectively. (3) Deliver direct youth work. (4) Support individual volunteers to gain the skills and knowledge to undertake youth work safely and exhibit good practice.

Provision of Hospital Radio services

UNDERTAKES EDUCATION, TRAINING AND CONSERVATION IN THE DECORATIVE AND FINE ARTS IN AND AROUND HONITON, EAST DEVON, IN ASSOCIATION WITH THE NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF DECORATIVE AND FINE ARTS SOCIETIES (NADFAS).

Provides a support base for the Lyme Regis Philpot Museum. Specifically it provides critical financial support;volunteers to man the front desk of the museum (entry fees, shop sales and general advice);upkeep and cleaning tasks. Provides a programme of lectures and other educational activities, open to all. The Museum is an important, independent, educational facility for the region.

We aim improve the standard of motorcycle riding and road safety awareness

To promote and develop the art of choral music in all its aspects, to help and assist various charitable bodies by presenting choral concerts in order to raise funds for them.

The LMCA provides fundraising community events three times per year for the enjoyment of the community and the wider public. All funds raised are put towards developing the local area and facilities within that will be an asset to the community for many years to come.

The property is used for community purposes for the benefit and social cohesion of the inhabitants of Harpford and surrounding villages.

Fund-raising for the maintenance and improvement of Sowton Village Hall and for Sowton Church. Organising social events in the Hall. Letting out the Hall to individuals or groups. Acting as a focus for residents in the area of benefit.
