To educate the public in the geography, history, natural history and architecture of Ottery St Mary, Devon. To assist in the conservation, protection, development and improvement of features of historic or public interest in Ottery St Mary. To collect, conserve, document, display & make available for research, records & items in our museum, at public display locations & online as appropriate.

MANAGEMENT OF EAST & WEST BUCKLAND VILLAGE HALL

To help young people, especially but not exclusively through leisure time activities, so as to develop their capabilities that they may grow to maturity as individuals and members of society.

EABC is a local boxing club which provides boxing coaching in a small, well equipped gym in the town. We have six coaches to cover skills, fitness and stamina. We also provide advice on diet and nutrition. We have links with local primary schools and Exmouth College and receive referrals from them for young people experiencing difficulties in their lives who would benefit for what we offer.

The Chapter of Canons is a college of priests, whose role is to celebrate the more solemn liturgical functions in the Cathedral and to support the life of the diocese in their prayers.Statutes of the Plymouth Diocesan Chapter 1.2For the purposes of civil law the object of the Chapter is "Divine Worship in the Roman Catholic Cathedral of Plymouth and matters connected therewith".Statutes 1.5

The charity is a joint junior and senior school PTA consisting of a joint committee of staff and parents with the aim of raising funds for additional equipment and experiences for the benefit of the children at the school.

Charitable expenditure this year of £53,111 (2021: £47,880), includes £52,542 (2021:£47057) which represents the cost of items and services provided and grants to 3 local groups and organizations who we felt met our criteria of offering health and well-being to members of the community. . The remainder was used to pay for administration and governance.

To manage Aylesbeare Village Hall for the benefit of the Community including but not restricted to, the provision and running of clubs, leisure activities and the use of interest groups, organisations and private hire.

Youth work

the charity raises money through activities and donations, and 100% of that money is paid to the designated recipient at the end of the Lord Mayor's year of office.

Reading Room and Recreation Room and Club for the use primarily of men or women of the artisan and labouring classes irrespective of their religious or political views resident in the Parish of Newton Ferrers or who shall reside in the neighbourhood of the Parish.

To provide and maintain the Kentisbury & Trentishoe Village Hall for the use of the community, school and pre school group.

To advance Christianity and to continue the existing and growing work of Church fellowship and evangelism in Brixham, Devon. To proclaim the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ by preaching and teaching the word of God using the scriptures outline in the Holy Bible. Work with and support ecumenical Christian Projects, and activities throughout Torbay, Devon.

The Religious Education of Children and Young People and others in the Parish of Welcombe

The charity runs various fundraising activities throughout the year aimed at families and the local community, encouraging them to get involved with their local school, including a Christmas fair of local crafters, artists and businesses. Other activities include quiz nights, raffles, readathons, cake sales, festive wreath-making, eco-friendly events, bingo, story-telling & summer fetes.
