School PTA.

To provide and assist in the preservation, repair and improvement of the fabric (and its monuments, fixtures, fittings, furniture, ornaments and other chattels) of St. Andrew's Church Harberton for the benefit of the public and the promotion of stronger communities through fundraising and community events.

The prevention or relief of poverty for the public benefit or and need by reason of being homeless, particularly but not exclusively, among homeless people in South Devon by making grants, organising a volunteer programme, raising awareness and countering prejudice

Raising money to purchase equipment and support the primary school

Programme of three natural therapies - nutrition, massage and imagery for an average of three sessions for optimum/successful results. Children aged 2-22 suffering any condition or symptoms. Families attend from the south west. Also provides resources, talks and training.

As part of the University of the Third Age we work together to run groups, hold events, provide a website and other material to enable members to learn together, not for qualifications but for its own reward. Members share their skills and life experiences: the learners teach and the teachers learn.

ASSIST THE GOVERNORS OF THE VILLAGE SCHOOL TO DISCHARGE THEIR OBLIGATIONS IN RESPECT OF THE MAINTENANCE OF THE SCHOOL.PROMOTING EDUCATION IN THE SCHOOL IN WAYS FOR WHICH PROVISION IS NOT MADE OUT OF PUBLIC FUNDS.PROMOTING EDUCATION OF CHILDREN AND PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 25 WHO ARE IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE AND WHO ARE ATTENDING OR WHO HAVE ATTENDED THE SCHOOL.

General charitable purposes

Administration of the charity premises & community hall, for the benefit of the local church and the communities activity groups which include the Art Group, Gardening Group, Bridge Club, Drama Club, W.I. & youth activities

Educational groups

Fundraising to enhance the education and extra-curricular activities of the children attending Chardstock St Andrews CofE Primary Academy not provided by the Local Education Authority

Mariansleigh Parish Hall was given to the community for the advantage or benefit of the inhabitants of the Parish of Mariansleigh and surrounding district without distinction of political, religious or other opinions as a place of recreation and leisure time occupation, with a view to improving the well being of the inhabitants.

THE PROVISION OF POSITIVE ACTIVITIES FOR RURAL YOUNG PEOPLE AGED 10 TO 28

Organising early music activities for amateur musicians throughout the south west region.

The village hall is a voluntary run charity. Most of the money that is raised through fund raising events is used for the maintenance and upkeep of the hall for the benefit of our community, family and friends.

Maintenance, hiring, supervising the North Bovey Parish Hall

We help adults experiencing mental health difficulties by providing peer group support, encouraging social interaction and providing activities and experiences to improve wellbeing and increase confidence. We hold two friendly and inclusive sessions each week in Honiton where you can drop in, be with others and join in activities if you wish. Sessions are free. Phone support is also available.

Fundraising in order to enrich the childrens school experience while supporting the school and advancing the education of the pupils whilst at the school. Spending funds on all children within the school.....Maintaining good parent teacher friends associations.

The charity is a joint junior and senior school PTA consisting of a joint committee of staff and parents with the aim of raising funds for additional equipment and experiences for the benefit of the children at the school.

The objects of the charity are to advance the education of pupils in the school in particular by1, developing effective relationships between staff, parents and others associated with the school.2, engaging in activities or providing facilities or equipment which support the school and advance the education of the pupils.

The village hall is used mainly as a meeting place for meetings, coffee mornings, Villages In Action performances , computer forums and many other social gatherings.

A learning cooperative which draws upon the knowledge, experience and skills of our members to organise and provide interest groups in accordance with the wishes of the membership.Area surounding Lyme Regis in the county of Devon

WE SUPPORT THE FABRIC OF LYMPSTONE PARISH CHURCH. RECENT EXAMPLE INCLUDE: RE-ROOFING, A NEW CHURCH NOTICEBORD, RENOVATION OF OLD PLAQUES IN THE CHURCH.
