Our charity organises fundraising events and secures grants in order to purchase equipment and educational materials to benefit the children at the school.

Bentley Community Choir meets weekly for rehearsals that are open to all and free to attend. We aim to promote the art of singing and to share our enjoyment of music with the local community.

Organisers of the Thorne & Hatfield Charity Ploughing Match.An annual agricultural event promoting agriculture in the community and raising money for worthy local causes

The trust provides for the preservation of the church of St. Martin, Womersley and the continuity of ministry there.

We raise money for school equipment and activities by holding fund raising events such as discos, coffee mornings, summer fairs and celebration days.

Parent Teacher Association for Anston Greenlands J & I School

Raises funds to support the acquisition, preservation and display of objects for the Doncaster Museums, art gallery, archives and local history library, and the educational activities of their staff. Organises a programme of educational talks about the museums, their collections and the history of Doncaster. Supports research into relevant topics.

playing concerts locally and by taking bookings from groups and organisation mainly within the Rotherham area.playing at outside events such as the Rotherham Show etc.

To advance the Hindu Faith, its doctrines and its scriptures and practice Hindu beliefs through assembly, worship and discourse amongst the members of the Hindu community and other interested parties in Doncaster and neighbouring towns and villages.

As a scout group we promote the development of young people in achieving their full physical, intellectual, social and spiritual potentials, as individuals, as responsible citizens and as members of their local, national and international communities.

HANG ON TO A DREAM IS A REGIONAL CHARITY BASED IN OTLEY AND COVERING ALL THE YORKSHIRE AREA. HANG ON TO A DREAM IS THE FIRST REGIONAL CHARITY FOR TERMINALLY ILL AND SERIOUSLY ILL CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE TO MAKE THEIR DREAMS COME TRUE.

Support the allotments holders by maintaining the sitesSupport two local brass bands which historically were associated with the local colliery when it was open.In conjunction with the local football team we support local youth to play football,also assist in providing local entertainment on the football premises.Similarly with the local cricket team assist in using the premises and equipment

Our objective is the advancement of the education of the public in the history & heritage of Bawtry.

Provides a meeting place for parents and children from birth - three years. Avtivities include painting, playdough, gluing & sticking and seasonal craft activities as well as numerous toys and play equipment.

Giving motorcycling guidance at an advanced level towards individual associate members passing the Institute of Advanced Motorists, Motorcycle Examination to allow full membership. This promotes safer motorcycling in accordance with the aims of the IAM.

TO PROVIDE SUPPORT AND TRAINING FOR CHILDMINDERS IN THE DONCASTER AREA

Highlight of the Group's year was celebrating the 100th Anniversary of Start of Sprotbrough Scouting and associated special events. In addition were the annual Sprotbrough Run and Gala; Cub Camp; Burns Night Ceilidh; visit to Sheffield Laserquest/Doncaster Paintball; a Scout Weekend at Crookestone Barn, Derbyshire. Centenary events included 2 Church Services; memorabilia exhibition; time capsule.

The John Leggott College Student Fund exists to provide financial support to students and to try to ensure that no student is unable to complete a course of education at the college simply due to financial restrictions. The Student Fund also occasionally provides support for students undertaking enrichment activities outside the normal college curriculum which enhance their educational experience

The Sheffield Area Geology Trust includes the South Yorkshire RIGS Group and the Sheffield Building Stones Group.Activities include education and geological conservation linked to geodiversity and landscapes, mostly within the area around Sheffield, including South Yorkshire and Peak District, north Derbyshire and north Nottinghamshire.
