We promote the sport of Gig Rowing to anyone who wishes to come and have a go at both social and competitive levels. We offer rowing to adults and juniors (11 - 18) a membership fee is payable plus a small fee per row. Gig Rowing is a great way to not only keep fit but also to meet new friends. It helps people to build on their own individual strengths and become part of a winning team.

We provide services to our members to enable them to understand and enjoy the decorative and fine arts. Monthly lectures are held from October to July in Stalbridge, Dorset, and we arrange visits and Study Days. We also support arts initiatives in local schools. We record contents and artefacts in churches in our area and we provide church records. We are affiliated to the national body NADFAS.

Provide facilities for recreation, sport and/or other leisure time occupation in or in connection with the area of Lytchett Minster and its neighborhood. It will continue to recruit and coach under supervision, adults and the youth of the area in the sporting skills.

We provide a service, including various activities and use of Village Hall for the residents of Langton Matravers. We have also built up a small library where refreshments are served, it is open twice a month for two hours.

Administration of Village Hall

Drummond Gospel Hall is an independent evangelical assembly of Christians. Activities include the Lord's Supper, Gospel meetings, bible teaching meetings, coffee mornings. Gifts from funds are made to missionaries and Christian workers in the UK and abroad who can subscribe to the statement of faith in our constitution.

We offer membership to the society, at an affordable cost in return for which we organise a series of lectures on an historical theme. Visitors may also attend lectures for a nominal donation. In addition we provide, maintain and manage a museum of local history, open all year, with free entry to the public. School visits and lectures to local organisations.

Downright Perfect supports children and young people with Down's Syndrome and their families in Dorset. Our services include providing information to new parents, running regular groups for pre-schoolers, organising family events and offering financial grants to assist with the cost of accessing therapy services or resources.
