C-Change West London (CCWL) provides skills-based training, an enriching volunteering and social action programme and activities to improve and increase personal and community wellbeing. CCWL work covers the socially and economically deprived areas within the London Boroughs of Hounslow, Ealing, Hillingdon and Spelthorne (Surrey).

ORGANISE EVENTS TO ENABLE THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION OF PUPILS IN THE SCHOOL IN PARTICULAR BY DEVELOPING RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN STAFF, PARENTS AND OTHERS ASSOCIATED WITH THE SCHOOL AND ENGAGING IN ACTIVITIES OR PROVIDING FACILITIES OR EQUIPMENT WHICH SUPPORT THE SCHOOL AND ADVANCE EDUCATION OF THE PUPILS

Rent out accommodation to the local community.

Habitat management across the entire Horsenden site, following an accelerated succession approach. Maintenance and development of the farm site with a focus on wildlife conservation and biodiversity using permaculture methods. Community engagement, education and involvement through events, courses and talks.

The South Asian Health Action (SAHA) charity seeks to empower the South Asian communities to make better health choices that could lead to better lifestyles. We will Engage with, Educate and Empower patients, carers and community leads to promote knowledge and better health lifestyle.

Securing Success supports supplementary schools in Harrow to access training, quality assurance (NRCSE Quality Mark) and mainstream curriculum funding. In addition the charity consults with schools to establish projects in NW London which benefit children who are disadvantaged or who would benefit from additional support.

Works locally, in Ealing Borough, amongst disadvantaged Ethnic Minorities: improving English skills; increasing right based knowledge; encouraging better access to mainstream information / platforms. Nationally, raises awareness on: Caste Discrimination; Dalit Development Aid and Human Rights. Internationally: assists Dalit development programmes in India, through partners.

The object of the charity is the advancement of the Islamic Religion in accordance with the tenets of the Sunni Muslim Muslim faith ("the religion").

to advance the education of children and young people in music and the playing of musical instruments. To advance public education in, and appreciation of, music particularly, but not exclusively, by the running and administration of a club for young musicians in Ealing.

Be Heard As One (BHAO) offers an intensive supervision, intervention, prevention, and mentoring support package as part of an overall comprehensive multi-agency support program for Children and Young People (CYP). We focus on personal, social, and educational development, particularly in areas with high poverty and deprivation, with the aim of building self-esteem, self-identity, and self-worth

Our activities can be divided into three activities such as Religious activities, Educational activities and social activities.

The principal activity of the Charity in the year under review was that of the provision of education, information on health, employment and training to ethnic minority groups including refugees and asylum seekers living in the West London.

The Addison Group of Singers operates to promote, improve, develop and maintain public education in an appreciation of the art and science of music in all its aspects by the presentation of public concerts and recitals and by such other ways as the Society through its Executive Committee shall determine from time to time.

We offer support and advice to Older People and provide the following: A healthy and balance meal for older people 2 days a week Tuesdays and Thursdays. The activities we offer are social, recreational and cultural activities, arts and crafts, games, outings, exercise, short breaks, health checks, forums etc. We also offer telephone support.

A Church on the Gurnell Grove Estate in Ealing. Running weekly worship services, a weekly community cafe, a club in sheltered housing and regular social events and programmes, mission events and work parties to improve the estate.

Provide a place of worship and gathering for all regardless of caste, creed, religion, colour, race or gender. A believe in humanitarian principles and rendering selfless service for all.

Our specific role is for the promotion of the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ. In Perivale we are a witness by our presence and work. We meet and talk with people seeking faith. We offer help and advice based on the Bible and our Christian faith to people with problems and prayer. From our Bookshop in Perivale we sell Bibles and Christian product to help and support churches and individuals.
