We offer support and advice to Older People and provide the following: A healthy and balance meal for older people 2 days a week Tuesdays and Thursdays. The activities we offer are social, recreational and cultural activities, arts and crafts, games, outings, exercise, short breaks, health checks, forums etc. We also offer telephone support.
