Over 27,600 people live below the poverty line in East Riding of Yorkshire. We provide 3 days' emergency food and support to local men, women and children in crisis. Our vision is to ensure that no-one in East Riding of Yorkshire has to go hungry. We also provide support and advice to help people back to financial stability.

Dyslexia Sparks offers support to individuals of all ages with dyslexia and related SPLDs. We provide dyslexia and dyscalculia assessments to children and adults via private referral. We offer specialist tuition to children and adults to develop literacy and maths skills, as well as study skills, time management and report-writing. We provide teacher training as well as support to organisations.

Charitable purposes in Driffield and surrounding area

Basecamp works with young people who are suffering disadvantage or require additional support in order to build greater self-belief and resilience, enabling them to better thrive and fulfil their potential. Working in partnership with schools, we provide a unique 1 year programme combining outdoor adventure, personal development and compassionate coaching.

The primary aims of the Trust are to fulfil the role of a Christian Church in the Hull area for those wishing to follow the doctrine of the Holy Scriptures, and to promote the Christian faith throughout the UK.

Rescue unwanted dogs, accomodate in secure and loving foster homes, seek new homes for the dogs to owners that are checked for suitability, enable adoption which is covered by an Adoption Contract including animal welfare clauses plus a returns policy if the dog can no longer be kept by the new owners, provide post adoption advice and guidance to new owners, fundraising, website, advertising.

A Christian faith-based organisation professing the love of Jesus through meaningful worship and biblical teaching at The Armstrong Centre, Beverley. Reaching out to the local community by providing for the marginalised, befriending the stranger and where resources allow, feeding the hungry, assisting the destitute and providing a safe space for all.

Fulfilling the aims of the national Scout Association in the counties of North East Lincs, North Lincs, East Riding of Yorkshire and Kingston upon Hull for young people between the ages of 6 and 25.

We are a religious Methodist Organisation who act as an umbrella and resource body supporting local Methodist churches to educate people about our religion and to support members through mission and evangelism. The Circuit offers support and pastoral care to local churches carrying out their religious activities. The Circuit provides buildings and facilities to help members with their outreach.
