We are a grant making Charity supporting projects seeking to alleviate poverty and bring Christian teaching to families and children in South Africa, India & other deprived areas of the world. We also support projects which alleviate loneliness in the elderly, disabled and socially isolated locally and within the wider UK and bring Christian companionship and the Good News of Jesus Christ.

The charity supports individuals and family carers following brain injury across East Sussex, Brighton & Hove & West Sussex. This includes individual and group support for wellbeing and reablement at home and in the community, information and signposting including at our centre in Newick, East Sussex. Our Living Well Programme Team helps people rebuild lives and to live well after brain injury.

Brighton Therapy Centre provides a wide range of high quality counselling, therapy and psychological services to the people of Brighton & Hove, Hastings & Rother and the surrounding areas. We believe that all sections of the community should have access to the right kind of treatment. Our service aims to provide this and to be a centre of clinical excellence.

SUPPORTING LOCAL PEOPLE WHO ARE BLIND OR PARTIALLY SIGHTED, AND THEIR CARERS, TO RETAIN OR REGAIN INDEPENDENCE BY PROVIDING INFORMATION, SKILLS TRAINING AND BY PROMOTING SOCIAL INCLUSION, ORDINARILY RESIDENT IN THE ADMINISTRATIVE COUNTY OF EAST SUSSEX AND THE UNITARY AUTHORITY OF BRIGHTON AND HOVE.

To provide affordable sport and recreation facilities to the general public and residents of the town.

We provide play and curriculum education for under 5's

The Counselling Centre offers affordable, accredited brief focused and open ended psychodynamic counselling to individuals. We provided in-house supervision for our volunteer counsellors.The Counselling Centre runs professional training courses at certificate and diploma level as well as a programme of Continuous Professional Development for internal and external counsellors

The Kench Hill Charity seeks to deliver life-changing experiences for young people and adults by providing educational and recreational activities that inspire personal development, self-confidence, independent life skills and that promote healthy lifestyles in a safe, supportive environment with good quality affordable accommodation for groups who do not have access to other facilities.

Supporting unpaid Carers in East Sussex to continue in their caring role by providing FREE, high-quality, volunteer-led services that encourage independence and reduce isolation. Services include - Respite with befriending, Talk and Support, Computer/technical support, Respite for Healthcare appointments, Lunch club, Carers cafes, and online social events.

Inspiring environmental sustainability by bringing nature to the heart of Lewes.We do this through:Running the Linklater Pavilion building as a community-based hub for the understanding of a sustainable environmentProviding inclusive outdoor learning using innovative approachesSupporting the local authority in managing the Railway Land Local Nature Reserve for the whole community

The music room is used for concerts of classical music and is made available to other charitable organisations. The art gallery facilitates the exhibition to the public of the charity's portfolio of fine art. The conference centre is made available to church and discussion groups. A campsite is made available for youth work. Consideration is given to applications for charitable donations.

Provision of a community centre, children's and young people activities in Bexhill

In Kent and the South East there are thousands of disadvantaged children from different backgrounds who would benefit from the opportunity to step away from their day to day lives and experience a more rural lifestyle, learning skills such as horse care and riding whilst developing, networking and social skills and all the benefits this encompasses, both for their current happiness and life.

The foundation operates only in the Hastings and St Leonards district.

Enrichment activities for children and young people with Down syndrome such as sports music, training for parents and school staff based around the specific learning profile of children with Down syndrome. Consultations for parents and into schools. reading interventions and resources.

Provides bursaries to assist with the fees for the College, and help to defray the expenses incurred for some extramural activities, which the participant would be unable to access without financial assistance.

Sikh community established in the Crawley area since before 1969 and growing rapidly.Siri Guru Singh Sabha as a charity organisation organises regularly weekly events inviting the elderly and the young of both sexes to engage in consultation meetings and the planning of required activities.

Western Sussex Rivers Trust (WSRT) is dedicated to the environmental protection and enhancement of the Western Rother, the Arun and Western Streams including their tributaries. WSRT works with local people & communities, farmers, landowners and the statutory bodies to conserve and improve local rivers.
