The object of the charity is to provide a museum in order to promote, maintain, improve and advance the education of the public for their benefit particularly by the presentation of exhibitions, lectures and other means of study relating to local history, natural history, archaeology, history of costume, technology, engineering, the arts, ethnography, geology and social history.

We specialise in providing services for people who have profound learning disabilities and/or complex needs, can seem to be "difficult to reach" and all of whom find communication a challenge. The aim of our work is to create opportunities for people to fully express themselves. The therapeutic impact of this can be seen in people's increased confidence and willingness to engage with others.

Tennis, Squash, Racketball, Dance Classes. Available to all through either membership subscription or pay as you go.

To ensure opportunities for worship are provided for all ages of the community; To maintain the fabric entrusted to the PCC; To maintain links with the wider community

The charity's object and it's principal activities are that of:-a) Providing and promoting opportunities for people with disabilities to develop their skills and capacitiesb) Providing and promoting vocational training and employment opportunities for people with disabilities, particularly but not exclusively young people with disabilities.

The Primary objective id the promotion of the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ according to the doctrines of the Church of England.

Prevention and relief of poverty in Hailsham and the surrounding area by providing items and services to individuals in need which they would not otherwise afford through lack of means. This is achieved mainly through the provision of food and other basic items, and through signposting people to other services that can help offer the appropriate support required.

Promoting the use of Self Managed Learning (SML) in organisations via the website, learning events, seminars and publications. Providing SML programmes for young people and adults via the Self Managed Learning College.

The object of the charity is to advance the Christian faith through the vehicle of sport in the UK and abroad.The charity raises income through gifts and donations from churches and individuals and from running children's soccer and netball schools, overseas tours and football and netball leagues.The charity's main expenditure during the year was staff salaries.

APART FROM SUPPORTING THE LOCAL HOSPITAL AND HEALTHCARE PROVIDERS BY PURCHASING MEDICAL EQUIPMENT AND ENHANCING THE TIME PATIENTS SPEND IN HOSPITAL,

To provide various means of educational financial assistance to persons under the age of 25 who are residents of the Borough of Hastings or who have attended schools in the Borough for more than 2 years.

Nourish is an independent community Foodbank that provides short term emergency food and support to those in crisis in Tunbridge Wells and the surrounding areas.Our aim is "No one need be hungry in Tunbridge Wells".

Promoting the whole mission of the church by-Providing services according to the Anglican tradition at our 2 churches for worship, prayer & learning about the Gospel and developing their knowledge and trust in Jesus;Developing youth worship;Pastoral care to our parishioners;Missionary & outreach work;Maintaining the churches' fabric of St. Peter (founded 772AD) & St. Michael

BHCM IS A CHRISTIAN CITY MISSION WORKING IN LOCAL SCHOOLS (TAKING ASSEMBLIES, OFFERING CURRICULUM SUPPORT, ORGANISING PRAYER SPACES, AND TRAINING MEMBERS OF LOCAL CHURCHES TO WORK IN SCHOOLS); MINISTERING IN RESIDENTIAL HOMES FOR THE ELDERLY (TAKING MONTHLY SERVICES AND ARRANGING 1:1 VISITS); AND OPERATING A FOOD BANK SUPPLYING EMERGENCY FOOD, BEDDING & HOMEWARES TO PEOPLE FACING DOMESTIC CRISES.

Grant-making; the principal beneficiary is Christ's Hospital

PPCA manages the Pells open-air swimming pool in Lewes on behalf of the community; the oldest, public, open-air, freshwater swimming pool in continuous use in the UK . Built in 1860, the pool opens from late April to late November and measures 25 x 50 yards. It is much appreciated and well supported by the community. The charity raises funds to renovate and improve pool equipment and facilities.

Our aims:The advancement of the Christian Faith for the public benefit; andTo further such charitable purposes as are exclusively charitable and connected to the charitable work of the charity for those in need in Bexhill & Rother including the running of the Advice Centre and Foodbanks in Bexhill & Battle.

To spread the good news of Jesus to the church family and wider community.

The rescue, shelter and provision of veterinary care for unwanted or abandoned animals and, wherever possible to find them suitable homes. To help pet owners meet necessary veterinary expenses in certain circumstances should they be unable to do so and if funds allow.
