We are based in Hove and provide a meal on a bi-weekly basis for elderly and isolated people and also for adults with learning disabilities. Community transport is provided if required. Food is largely supplied by Fareshare which helps to tackle food waste. We also run healthy eating cooking clubs.

The provision and maintenance of the village hall for the use of the inhabitants of Forest Row and the neighbourhood without distinction of political, religious or other opinions, including use for meetings, lectures and classes and for other forms of recreation and leisure-time occupation with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants.

Colkins Mill Church welcomes people for public worship each week in Mayfield, East Sussex - a congregation of between 30 and 50 people, together with a small Sunday School for children. We have mid-week homegroups for worship, discipleship, prayer and support.The Church runs term-time youth clubs for village children, and we host a monthly celebration for people with learnng difficulties.

BHCFB collects non-perishable food from donors local to Burgess Hill via both regular and one-off collections, sorts it into categories and by date and distributes it, from premises in Burgess Hill, Hassocks and Hurstpierpoint in units of enough food for 2 people for 3 days, to people in poverty. Vouchers from accredited voluntary and statutory agencies are exchanged for appropriate units of food.

The choir aims to benefit its members and the wider community by the performance of a varied repertoire, principally Baroque, to a very high standard. It uses professional soloists and orchestral players who bring to performances a wide experience with some of the best-known ensembles in the country. On occasions the choir also collaborates with other choirs for special projects.

Co-ordinates volunteers to provide support to those who are socially excluded to assist them to integrate into society. Referrals to the scheme are made from GP Surgeries, charities and other organisations with those in need being matched to volunteers participating in the scheme.

The aim and objective of the Choir is to educate the general public in the art and science of music. The choir performs four concerts a year and other than Christmas in the choral tradition. We employ internationally acclaimed soloists and use professional musicians to accompany us.

The La Di Da Society runs daytime social and entertainment clubs for people over the age of 60 years old with the aim of reducing social isolation and loneliness, improving well being and helping people to feel part of their local community. We also run events out in the community as well as dance classes suitable for all.

SPORTS AND COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES, EAST BRIGHTON

Fairlight Village Playgroup is OFSTED approved, providing children from the age of two years to pre-school with educational and developmental experiences and activities. To support and aid their learning and development.

The Society holds Hedge Laying training events, competitions, gives demonstrations at agricultural shows and countryside careers events. It issues a newsletter to its members.

HTC was formed in 1999 with the merger of The Henfield Players and Henfield Choral Society. It presents at least four major productions a year - plays, musicals, pantomimes. Other activities include workshops, playreadings, fundraising and social events. It has a thriving youth section.

The principal activity of the Trust is the provision of a training programme in bio-dynamic agriculture.

The object of the CIO is to promote, for the benefit of the public, theconservation of wildlife across the world through the provision of grantsto conservation charities and other organisations as the trustees see fitfrom time to time.

Advancing education for the public benefit and for such other charitable purposes generally as the trustees may from time to time determine for charities operational in the East Sussex area.

ICKLESHAM MEMORIAL HALL IS WHERE THE COMMUNITY MEET FOR DIFFERENT ACTIVITIES: ART, HORTICULTURAL SOCIETY MEETING, MOTHER AND TODDLERS, CHURCH, FOOTBALL CLUB, CRICKET CLUB, STOOL BALL, BOWLS CLUB, AEROBICS, DOCTORS' SURGERY. THE HALL IS THE MAIN LOCAL MEETING PLACE.
