Providing inshore sailing opportunities for disabled people.

Alleviate distress caused to the breed of dog known as Golden Retrievers which may be ill treated, abandoned or neglected. In cases where Golden Retrievers are abandoned or unwanted, or the dogs can no longer be cared for in their present homes, to re-home the Golden Retrievers to ensure their future well being.

Newick Village Hall is open for public & private meetings from wedding parties to exercise classes, study groups, youth groups, fundraising & various games, dancing, animal training. It is fully licenced & has a bar & kitchen facilities. It is recently been updated to a high standard.

The promotion of community participation in healthy recreation by assisting through the raising and distribution of funds and the provision of facilities for the playing and coaching of sport and which will be in memory of Steve Bernard.

Art in Mind has been running supportive mental health groups, workshops and training for people in recovery of mental health issues.

The Association aims to support East Sussex Foster Carers and their families in their efforts to achieve the best possible outcomes for the children in their care, by working in partnership with appropriate statutory and voluntary agencies. It has developed a range of support, advice, advocacy, activities and training for their fellow carers, their families and Looked After Children.

The Shed provides a social environment where older people can meet and pursue a project for their own benefit or for the wider community, using the added expertise and experience of fellow members. It provides a friendly environment that allows members to participate within the limits of their ability. There are opportunities to increase self-worth and counteract the effects of exclusion.

Raising of funds for charitable purposes

Rye Wurlitzer Academy is the only project in the world with an ethos of teaching students how to play the theatre organ through providing them with regular lessons on a Wurlitzer theatre pipe organ and giving them an electronic organ for home practise, all for FREE! The Rye Wurlitzer Academy relies solely upon donations, sponsorships and staging of fund-raising events to continue its work

Turning the Tide is a charity run by Christians who long for a turning of the tide for good in people's lives, especially those of the young. We recognise the importance of children and family in society, together with the need and the potential for different generations to bless each other.Whilst many in our various Teams are Christians, we reach out to all, those of any faith and of no faith.

RAISES FUNDS TO PROVIDE GRANTS TO LOCAL CHARITIES BY RUNNING LOCAL EVENTS AND/OR PROVIDING HANDS ON HELP FOR COMMUNITY BENEFIT IN WADHURST, EAST SUSSEX.

The maintenance of a public museum for the exhibition of historical and other exhibits relating to Seaford. its environs and its inhabitants. The organising of meetings relating to the history of Seaford. The study and maintenance of documentary information relating to Seaford so as to provide a local archive for research.

Volunteers are Christians with a love and concern for society. They are available to help people coming out of pubs and clubs to find their way home safely on Friday and Saturday nights. They will provide support through signposting, giving out flipflops, handing out water, picking up and disposing of glass bottles, and waiting with those in need of medical support from the Ambulance service.

The objects of the Charity are to advance the evangelical Christian faith, including (but without limitation) by providing grants or other funding to, and making available property for use by, churches and other Christian charities or groups in particular in Crowborough, East Sussex and the surrounding area that are in sympathy with the Statement of Faith.
