WI exists to educate women to enable them to provide an effective role in the community, to expand their horizons and to develop and pass on important skills.

South & South East in Bloom organises an annual campaign that the councils schools commercial interests and residents of the cities towns and villages of the benefit area can enter. Awards are given for horticultural excellence with an emphasis on the environment, community conservation and recycling.

The choir's purpose if to perform the best choral music at the highest standard to as many people as possible. We promote, improve, develop and maintain public education in, and appreciation of, the art and science of choral music in all its aspects, in particular but not exclusively by the presentation of public concerts, largely in East Sussex.

We run regular Drama sessions & co create theatre with 8-18yrs as well as producing Community Arts events for local people.

Bexhill Choral Society is a choir which welcomes members who enjoy singing. We rehearse on Wednesday evenings and hold 3 concerts each year, held in a local venue.

The charity raises funds and public awareness to meet its objectives by hosting events and by selling copies of Professor Christopher Liu's book 'The Eyes Have It'.

West St Leonards Community Association manages a building which provides a facility for all ages to use.Parent &Toddlers, Junior Football and Sports as well as catering for Senior Citizens activities.The building is also made available to outside parties who wish to hold social events and meetings.Within the building there is a social club that encourages all the local community to join.

Fundraising for the school through various events such as School Discos, Sponsored events, Quiz nights, Summer Party and Christmas Fair.

The charity manages the Forest Row Memorial Pavilion and sports ground for the benefit of the sports clubs, visiting clubs, other users of the recreation ground and the local community

Advancement of education for children in Kenya by assisting in the establishment and maintenance of schools and educational institutions and their proper staffing and administration and by assisting children with school fees where deemed necessary by the Trustees , and relief of poverty in the communities where the Trust provides education

To help and assist in re-homing Springer Spaniels to good approved homes , to aid and advise owners with problems with Springer Spaniels especially to help an owner to keep their dog rather than re-home it where appropriate . To ensure that the dogs recieve any veterinary care required before re-homing , assess the welfare requirements of the dogs and advise prospective new owners accordingly.

The Lewes Priory Trust manages the remains of the Cluniac Priory of St Pancras, Lewes, East Sussex on behalf of Lewes Town Council. The objects of the charity are to preserve and enhance the historic monument for the benefit off the public and residents of Lewes.

The Charity operates a centre open Mon-Fri day time for the over 55s and retired in Uckfield and the surrounding areas including the organisation of various leisure and sporting activities, outings and providing low cost cooked meals. Low cost hiring in the evenings and weekends for social groups and the general public.

Providing a well maintained hall for the people of the parish to enable them to pursue their chosen hobbies/activities and fund raising events. Also available for parish council & church meetings and local clubs & societies.

Livestock is an arts and community development charity. We run projects that engage with the themes of mental health and wellbeing, focused on individuals personal stories. We enable people to share their histories & experiences to connect and communicate with each other. Our peer support groups use creativity as a tool to empower. We work primarily with mothers and families.

The charity maintains Beckley Village Centre for the local community.

ALSO AVAILABLE FOR WORK WITH CHORAL AND OPERA ENSEMBLES AND FOR HELP TO PROMOTE WORK OF NEW COMPOSERS.

The charity aims to assist individuals and organisations who promote the welfare of the elderly or disadvantaged and to encourage the training and community spirit of young people in England.

The provision and maintenance of a village hall for the inhabitants of the parish of Isfield

A NUMBER OF FUND RAISING ACTIVITIES WERE UNDERTAKEN INCLUDING THE ANNUAL GOLF TOURNAMENT, A SPRING LUNCH, AN INDOOR BEER FESTIVAL, AND FESTIVE COLLECTIONS. IN ADDITION SEVERAL CHARITY COMMUNITY EVENTS . FUNDS RAISED ARE USED TO PROVIDE LOCAL SERVICES FOR THE ELDERLY YOUNG AND DISABLED. IN ADDITION MANY LOCAL AND MAJOR INTERNATIONAL CHARITIES ARE SUPPORTED.

Raise funds for the general assisstance of both local,regional and international needy groups and individuals.
