Management of Village Hall

We provide opportunities and instruction for disabled people to take part in horse carriage driving either competitively or for enjoyment and personal development. We operate in the East Sussex area. We are associated to the Riding for Disabled Association.

The main charity objectives are to raise funds to benefit the children attending St John's C of E Primary School. Through fundraising events, the PTA provides equipment, activities, school enhancements and any other additional things needed not possible within the schools own budget.

To deliver and run the community facilities for the village of Etchingham suitable for indoor sports, theatrical and film performances, for clubs and social occasions.

Management of Bodle Street Green Village Hall.

The retiring director Sally Trench, has at the Trustees request, been researching possible projects in the UK and South Africa which support imaginative new initiatives of direct benefit to groups of children recovering from specific crises in their lives, with special emphasis on self-help schemes that the Trustees may wish to support when the sale proceeds of the property have been received.

To advance, improve, develop and maintain public education in, and appreciation of, the art and science of music in all its aspects for the public benefit through running a community choir, accessible to all.

We are a charity based in Hastings, working to enable as many people as possible to engage in fun social dance activities. we are developing 4 strands: Wheelchair accessible dance for adults with learning difficulties, dance in care homes, free accessible family-friendly dance events, dance for those whose mental health makes it difficult to access local dance classes.

FASCOH raises money for the church buildings, churchyard and environment in the Parish of All Saints Old Heathfield and St Georges Broad Oak

Promotion and financial support of Symphony Concerts by Worthing Symphony Orchestra and other public musical events in furtherance of its objectives to promote, improve, develop and maintain public education in and appreciation of the art and science of music. Concerts could not be held for a long period due to Covid but have now resumed

To teach children from the age of 5yrs - 16yrs to swim, dive, lifesave and survival. At the age of sixteen we train them to become basic swim teachers. We are all volunteers.

Male voice choral singing in the Kent/Sussex area.

To provide powered scooters, wheelchairs and other equipment for use by disabled persons to improve their mobility in Eastbourne town centre and the seafront.

Application of funds to individuals and organisations in accordance with the club's Grant Making Policy.

The charity maintains the village hall for the benefit of and use by the village community and residents.

scouting/ youth activities for boys and girls aged 6-18

The Charity's objectives are to further the education of children and adults in the environs of Sussex. Its principal activity is to provide examination facilities for Cambridge ESOL. English as a foreign language examinations are held throughout the year. Facilities for other examinations may also be provided.

VILLAGE HALL

To advance the education of the pupils by providing and assisting with equipment. Also to foster relationships with staff & parents, and to engage in activities which supports the school. This is achieved by a variety of money raising events, and also some non-money making events.

To support local charities, community groups and projects in the community and neighbourhoods in which Carpenter Box is located as well as those communities and neighbourhoods in which its employees reside.

PROVISION OF VILLAGE HALL FOR THE THE USE OF INHABITANTS OF RIPE AND CHALVINGTON

Plumpton Scout Group have 12 beavers and 22 scouts 10 cubs, however Training takes place over the winter and summer months ie camping skills, survival hikes, swimming, potholing, knots-lashing, DIY skills.

We the Friends of Willingdon Primary association, our objective is to help raise funds to enhance and enrich the learning of the children of Willingdon Primary School.
