The Bowes Park Community Association works to promote activities for the benefit of the people who live, work or have an interest in Bowes Park and the surrounding area. It aims to protect and conserve the physical and natural environment of the area; improve facilities for recreation and provide a range of opportunities for people to meet and participate in a range of leisure activities.

Makes charitable grants to residents of the EN1 EN2 and EN3 in the Borough of Enfield who are in need. These grants include education and general grants, together with community grants to local organisations.

IN ADDITION TO DANCE INDIVIDUAL FITNESS IS PROMOTED PROVIDING GUIDANCE TO YOUNG PERFORMERS WITH PILATES, MULTI-GYM & PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS AMONGST OTHER SPECIALISED GUEST WORKSHOPS.

THE HUB PROVIDES A RANGE OF COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES FOR ALL AGES IN THE PONDERS END AND ENFIELD LOCK COMMUNITIES. CURRENT ACTIVITY INCLUDES COMMUNITY BASED YOUTH WORK, OASIS YOUTH SUPPORT AT NORTH MIDDLESEX HOSPITAL, FAMILY SUPPORT, TRANSITION CLUBS, HOLIDAY ACTIVITIES, THE DEVELOPMENT OF A COMMUNITY SPACE AND COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT.

Religious Activities

EDA?s objects promote any charitable purpose to the benefit of disabled people and their carers by the advancement of education, protection of health and relief of poverty, sickness and distress and the elimination of discrimination. EDA achieves these outcomes by providing and developing services as directed by disabled people.

The Charity provides practical help and advice to people affected by hearing loss. Our volunteers help people in supported housing with hearing aid maintenance/advice. Our Equipment Service helps with alerting, amplifying and telephone equipment. Hearing Support Services in Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Suffolk Hearing Advisory Service, and West Northants pilot support NHS hearing aid users.

Enables and promotes the purposes of the Methodist Church in the Enfield area.

Streetz Ahead is a registered charity that provides dance, performing arts and mentoring opportunities to over 1000 young people every week. They believe that dance is essential to a healthy society. They are committed to serving the under-represented, to families who may not have the means to fund or access local provision and to those struggling with their mental health.
