We provide a building and facilities for hire for the purpose of educational, recreational, physical, social moral and intellectual development. There are 6 main areas:- main hall, lounge, kitchen, stage, further lounge with kitchen facilities, sports changing facilities and toilets, male, female and disabled individuals toilets.

The Church meets every Sunday to worship God and proclaim His Word, and on a Wednesday evening for Bible study and prayer. A weekly parents and toddlers group ("Little Fishies") and groups for children are held during term time, and a tea and coffee afternoon for older people ("Tuesday Fellowship") is held through the year.

CYO supports young people and schools through both long term involvement and short term projects that encourage personal and spiritual development and deliver pastoral support. We do this through our own staff and through a network of trained volunteers, and we offer resources and support to others doing similar work in the Colchester area.

The Charities were combined from a number of small charities from the 1970s for the benefit of people living in the parishes of Epping and Theydon Garnon. Part of the money is used for relief in need and part is used for education grants to students under the age of 24. The charity has made gifts to the elderly at Christmas time, book grants to students and travel grants to students.

Writtle Green Pre-School provides learning facilities & pre-school education for infants from the age of 2 - 5 years.

We completed 3 aid trips, taking 98,624 kilos to Ukraine. We sent £8663 for the treatment of sick children in Ukraine.

Provides pre-school care for children aged 2 years to school age.

To promote the art and training of classical music for the public benefit, in particular (but not exclusively) supporting children and families from black and ethnic minorities. To help support families in severe hardship who will benefit from participating in creative musical activities for social interaction and learn how to play musical instruments to improve mental health and wellbeing.

Parent Support Groups both in person and online. 1:1 support for families in person, on the phone, or by email. Referrals accepted from outside agencies and parents direct. Harefield Church is involved in the local community supporting and providing a drop-in centre, Mums and Tots group, Coffee room, Harlow Foodbank, Children's groups and church services.The church provides pastoral support and help to those in need.Harefield church supports Great Open Door Schools Ministry which is working with local schools providing school assemblies and workshops.
